have used Lendplus 3 times and all has been ok , till last week where i paid for my loan few days in advance and sent them the POP , however debit order still went off on the 25th i reported immediately and send through my statement and pop , tracey , fatima and assisf all ignored my quest. Later tracey advised 3-5 days for refund , it has come and gone. what is happening
I am unhappy with eskom, new property owner I filled all the forms and sent necessary docs to get to Application I got the reference number 749484678 and it is said with in 30 days a technician should be sent out. Its almost 3 months with no help. I go to the pta customer service Centre they say they can't help with new applications I should follow up with the Alfred chat bot. I have been doing that no technician has been sent out. I am in desparate need of electricity. Where does one get the necessary help
Need to get a loan stay away from this company , they promise to temporarily clear your credit record fro you to get a loan with a fee of R2500.00 once you pay that more stories come along to clear your name to get a loan which is an additional R5000.00 , do not trust even the company reg documents , referral letters and affidavit its all a lie
I am very unhappy with debonairs in cosmo city. They are not efficient , i always have to battle calling them. I call their number yet it gets answered by other branches and they transfer me back to cosmo which they never pick up. Am also unhappy i order and pay online yet i receive the order 3-4 later if not more
