I bought a brand new DeWalt cordless drill from builders. Almost R5000. 3weeks, chuck breaks, take it to a recomended place, Toolnet. 9weeks later get the drill back fitted with Metabo chuck. Had to pay R516 for the chuck because its Metabo. 1week of use, the Hammer action does not work at all.. Contacted DeWalt from floor to Sales Manager, no one comes back with answers, no one wants to help! Why buy brand names if I dont have any aftersales service?? Might aswell buy china brand and just chuck it out when it breaks!! Never again will I buy, recomend or support DeWalt.
I am not happy with after sales. I ordered and paid for bricks on a clients behalf. He(client) saw a sample of the brick he ordered and did not want it. I phoned to cancel the order. The sales guy got about 10 messages to call me back, 10 emails etc. When i got hold of them a week later they said I should just put all the detail on email and they will refund me. Till date NOTHING. I do not get responses from them or hear anything regarding MY money.
I have a S9 not even a year old, phone just dies even if fully charged. Then refuses to take charge even with original charger. Had the phone rebooted a few times still nothing. Same problem continues. Would like feedback from Samsung on what to do. I can not send the phone away, it's a business phone. EVERYTHING is on it, can not loose all
