No urgency in deliveries
Extremely disappointed in the service received. Courier a tender document for same day delivery. 1. It was not delivered same day 2. I paid for same day delivery though None the less Was promised that my package will be delivered at 06h30 - the branch manager tells me 07h30 - the driver says to my partner 08h30 - as you would have it / I received a picture of my tender at the delivery hall DELIVERED LATE. Tender not accepted.

Please go back to being competent
My Cover started in May for a R150 package. instalment we agreed on telepathically was R150 and i told them it must be limited so that once the data finishes I should be barred.May, June and July they deducted R647.57. we went to branch to put a limit they still deducted and now after querying and them even confirming via email that they fixed things and put a limit they still deducting the same R600 amount. case number is 28605452
