Placed an online order for a split canvas on the 13th of July. Till this day no feedback on order status. The phone is never answered, the WhatsApp's are never answered, the emails are never answered. Very poor customer service, I regret placing this order with these people. Very disappointed. I'm starting to wonder if will ever receive this item.
I am extremely angry and disappointed with standard bank home loans. Today 27 August 2019 standard bank debited my account twice for my home loan. Upon calling them I am told they see the two debit orders and they will reverse the funds back into my account in 3 days. I am now left with the inconvenience of not having money in my bank account and for sure my other debits will bounce and I ofcouse will incur these costs, all because of the incompetence of Standard bank.
