Exceptional attorneys
5 Star company! Top notch law firm. They've helped me with a legal family matter for 3 weeks and I can say it was resolved fast and didn't cost me a fortune. Thank you to the whole team. Lovely. Hotel and food. Security rude
Stunning breakfast buffet. Lovely food options and a large variety. Hotel rooms have an absolutely amazing view of the beach front. Hotel Check in Staff could be a little friendlier and security also. Security asked me where I was wondering when I was looking at art work on the wall in the reception area. Excuse me? Damn rude.

Immaculate Super Top Quality Legal Firm!!!
Superb service and excellent management. When dealing with lawyers there's always drama but not with your law firm. I can very happily report that I've been treated very well. My bill was exactly what you said it would be. My 3 lawyers who worked on my case were open, honest, updating me all the time and very good with communication. I was so stressed out and worried with this case and now that it's over I can't say thank you enough. Your hard work really was a load off my shoulders. Prive Lounge is a disaster joke and dirty.
Why is Prive gone to the dogs? Why are the waitresses working there of they have nasty attitudes? Why is Sun International allowing us Platinum and Diamond card holders to be treated so badly in Prive? The manager on duty has so many excuses. It's so sad to see such a beautiful venue have such pathetic staff who ruin the experience for everyone when we trying to just order dinner and drinks. The table had food stains and spills on it. Had to request new wine glasses and no cutlery provided until we asked 3 times. The hake was sent back because there was scales on it still which can choke and kill a person. The burger was sent back because they forgot to put Feta on. The burger also had no sauce which the menu states there's tangy Mayo. We were told sorry they have never had that sauce and don't know why it's on the menu. Same story with another item. After all this we still get charged full prices and nothing was rectified. I have been to the Boardwalk Casino prove and PE and it's over 100% better seevice, better food, better staff, better menu. Grandwest has so much staff and so little guests eating yet nothing is clean. Nobody who works there seems to understand the importance of cleaning or replacing cutlery or checking if the food on the very limited menu is in stock.

Absa student benefits FRAUDULENT and FAULTY
Good Day, Your Student Rewards benefits program is a joke. For 2 full months in a row non of my 3 redeemable rewards per month have worked. I keep getting a message stating I've reached my threshold which I have not. I've emailed the student Benefits Team and no assistance via email. I'm a 4th year law student and always meet minimum requirements to receive student benefits yet December and January non of my benefits are working. Major issue on your website. It's unfair. It's like I'm being punished for being a loyal student. This goes against your own policies, terms and conditions.

Job contract issues
Gladly giving 5 stars to Lorenzo Africa Group law firm. Best legal assistance. Case from May 2022. I had difficulty leaving a job where I have 30 days notice as required in my job contract. They wanted to not pay me even though I worked a full month. I called Lorenzo Africa Group and after 3 days I had my salary paid. Thank you for your prompt help. In these times we all are tight on cash. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Lawyers who get things done 10/10
Good Evening... I've been meaning to post a comment here for a while. Back in December just before Christmas I had an issue with my pet insurance. Seeked the help of this law firm. Was very surprised at how fast they helped me. Very nice staff and positive. Professional and impressive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My pets are my life and you helped me. Well done.

Excellent Legal Law Firm!!!
Good Morning, Writing this review on Sunday 26 December 2021. Obviously with Christmas, the holiday season and all the public holidays finding a law/legal firm willing to assist has been a challenge. Lorenzo Africa Group have been working and avaliable 24/7 throughout this period. I've had updates and been kept in the loop daily. Its very rare in my experience to find a law/legal firm who don't charge an arm and a leg but who are so professional, so helpful and so kind. Anything to do with suing or legal matters is stressful and Lorenzo Africa Group have been so supportive and understanding. I'm writing this review to say a massive thank you to the Bcom and LLB team of lawyers who have assisted and helped me working on my case, and especially during the holidays. Highly recommend this firm. Thank you
