Stunning breakfast buffet. Lovely food options and a large variety. Hotel rooms have an absolutely amazing view of the beach front. Hotel Check in Staff could be a little friendlier and security also. Security asked me where I was wondering when I was looking at art work on the wall in the reception area. Excuse me? Damn rude.

The standard of the hotel has dropped. There were no butlers to assist with bags. The one's I found at reception didn't even offer to help. The food is absolutely terrible! had the breakfast and dinner and wasn't able to finish any of it. The TV is my room kept buffering and it took maintenance hours to come and sort it out.

This has been the worst hotel service I have encountered in my life. First is the rooms very outdated but I can still live with that. Trying to contact reception is impossible as most of the time the phones just ring. My rooms aircon was not working and informed the reception on Saturday morning as I left the Hotel. Upon returning someone came into my room and just turned it on. I did that the problem, as I told reception is that no cold air was coming from the unit. On Sunday morning I requested the manager on duty. She came into the room and told me it is because of load shedding even though load shedding has been suspended the day before already (clearly they think us customers are stupid) She promised to find out what is going on and get back to me. No contact was made from her or anyone else. I contacted reception again and Keegan (I think that is his name) told me he will follow up and get back to me. Guess what he also didnt get back to me. In the meantime he left and the new lady didnt have a clue what is happening wth the the aircon. I was then told she will het back to me. Needless to say I hang up the phone. My room is facing the sun and from 6am my room is so warm I cant sleep and Radisson blue just dont care. They already got my money so why worry about the customer. I even found some clothing tags in my cupboard from the previous people that stayed in the room. So clearly the room wasnt even cleaned properly. A four star hotel??? Pathetic never again I will once again use The City lodge groups as they atleast care about their customers and are half the price.

Very disorganised! Housekeeping did not clean the rooms, the rooms were not ready, the hotel was a mess, the TV and air on was not working! Really not worth the money! Honestly not 5 star! Book somewhere else for your own peace of mind. I have too many complaints that I can’t type out. Rather stay away.

The stay was great but at arrival reception, ask me to pay for the stay, although the stay was paid for already. I departed n 21Jan 2022. The first mail to ask for a refund was sent on the 4Feb2022 and then again n the 23Feb2022. I called on the 28Feb for feedback and I am still waiting for feedback today 8 March 2022. Calling the info phone number numerous time does not get answered.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The views and the breakfast buffet are what make this hotel so amazing. The staff and security in the lobby aren't the most friendly, however, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff are amazing. The food is amazing. I can't stop talking about the view over the beach it has in Summerstrand. Wow

Absolutely amazing hotel. The views and the breakfast buffet are what make this hotel so amazing. The staff and security in the lobby aren't the most friendly, however, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff are amazing. The food is amazing. I can't stop talking about the view over the beach it has in Summerstrand. Wow

Total “Can Do” attitude - from the Events person, to IT person to Manager - what a dream - we needed urgent Wi-Fi meeting room and nothing was too much!! Billskie (apologies on spelling) was an absolute star in arranging everything - Million thanks

On Friday the 6th we arrived at the hotel and got stuck in the elevator on the way up to our floor. After forcing the door open, we were stuck on the 11th floor with our 3-year-old while the elevator was out of service. When we approached the cleaning staff about it, they told us it is "normal". When we contacted the front desk, they mentioned that they would get someone to fix it. After a while another family contacted front desk again and were advised to walk down the stairs instead. We walked down 11 floors of stairs - which was dirty, dark, with water running down the walls. When I eventually arrived at the bottom, I demanded my money back from the manager. He promised that the payment would be reversed by Tuesday 10th August. Today is the 17th. I still haven't heard from the hotel. I have emailed them. I have left messages. I have received no response. Honestly, this is the worst hotel ever.
