Shocking service from the iStore. Ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on the day that pre-orders became available. Yesterday they call me saying they don't have stock, I need to pay R5500 to get a model with more storage. I pay it. Today is the release date for the phone. No delivery. They didn't even contact me to say there is a delay. I contacted their customer support. They have no idea when they will have stock of the phones. I ask for a refund, they say 5 working days. What a waste of time and money. I could have bought the device at a store and had it in hand by now. Awful service from iStore.
Over the weekend I noticed two orders from my Takealot account that I did not make. Order numbers: 136793995 + 136793961 These orders were made using credit that was available in my account. I did not authorize this. I did not purchase MTN and Vodacom airtime. I have no need for that. Please investigate. I've tried calling the help centre, but nobody has answered. It just rings. I tried emailing but emails are no longer answered?
On Friday the 6th we arrived at the hotel and got stuck in the elevator on the way up to our floor. After forcing the door open, we were stuck on the 11th floor with our 3-year-old while the elevator was out of service. When we approached the cleaning staff about it, they told us it is "normal". When we contacted the front desk, they mentioned that they would get someone to fix it. After a while another family contacted front desk again and were advised to walk down the stairs instead. We walked down 11 floors of stairs - which was dirty, dark, with water running down the walls. When I eventually arrived at the bottom, I demanded my money back from the manager. He promised that the payment would be reversed by Tuesday 10th August. Today is the 17th. I still haven't heard from the hotel. I have emailed them. I have left messages. I have received no response. Honestly, this is the worst hotel ever.
Is there a point in having "Premium Banking" when you can't even get Absa to respond to emails? I call in and they tell me to send an email. Send an email and no response. Really bad service. It shouldn't take a week to reply to emails.
Ordered an Apple iMac from Telkom's site. It's advertised as 4K retina. The Mac arrived just before Christmas and it's only 1920x1080. In other words, HD 1080p. Not 4K as advertised. I contacted customer services. They told me to call Mondo and Sell direct - the companies they source stuff from. Neither one of those companies have my details. One doesn't even sell macs. What's going on here? Who is responsible and will Telkom honour their advert by sending the correct device?

Absa hasn't responded to my queries for over three months. I have informed them multiple times via email that they have opened two business accounts for me instead of one. I keep getting mails with statements from both accounts. Every time they escalate the complaints to management I do not get a reply. Because of the confusion, I don't know which banking account is correct. I have only confirmed one account at the branch. But I keep getting billed for two. Furthermore, the money I did deposit in the "wrong" account, I would like refunded into my proper account. Someone please help me. I'm even signed up to the Business Banking via email and nothing gets resolved. What's going on?

Just under 5 years ago I bought a TV paid for an extended warranty which covered the TV for 5 years. Over the last few years I've been having a lot of issues with the tv. It's been in to repairs at Liptronics 4 times. <br> <br> This time however it has taken nearly a month to repair and Liptronics has told me they are unable to repair it. But when I contact Game they assure me that it's being fixed. The Warranty with Game Sure promises \Comprehensive Peace of Mind\", which is not being delivered on. It also promises that repairs will be done within two weeks or 21 days. It's been longer than that. This is ridiculous. <br> <br> Every day I call Game Sure and I hear a different story - manager isn't in - TV is being repaired - Samsung will replace your TV - we're recalculating depreciation. I don't have a cooking clue what's happening at the moment. I HATE THIS! I am an editor for two of the biggest websites in South Africa. You can mark my words I am going to write an article about this awful experience. Fix my TV or replace it or refund me immediately. "
