They failed to deliver on time for three consecutive days as promised. Had to order from another company as they promised us a refund. Then the excuses started and more missed promises happened. This is a supplier you do not want on a building project as they are definitely going to delay your project and cause you to pay labour for now show contractors!
I am a Prokard member of this hotel groups now for 4 years. As from this year that Prokard means nothing and is turning out to be a ****. We used to be able to use the "vouchers" you get as benefit for being a member. This yeas when you want to book a room and ad your voucher the hotel is sold out. When you want to book the hotel without a voucher there is room available. Clearly being a Prokard member is of no use, and nothing but a ****, Dont be fooled into joining as a prokard member
Second time a vehicle that is still under warranty gets taken in for repairs and a few days later it is worse than what is was before. Then i get told: please bring it in again sir…. Clearly their technicians and management does not have a clue. Stay away from them!
This has been the worst hotel service I have encountered in my life. First is the rooms very outdated but I can still live with that. Trying to contact reception is impossible as most of the time the phones just ring. My rooms aircon was not working and informed the reception on Saturday morning as I left the Hotel. Upon returning someone came into my room and just turned it on. I did that the problem, as I told reception is that no cold air was coming from the unit. On Sunday morning I requested the manager on duty. She came into the room and told me it is because of load shedding even though load shedding has been suspended the day before already (clearly they think us customers are stupid) She promised to find out what is going on and get back to me. No contact was made from her or anyone else. I contacted reception again and Keegan (I think that is his name) told me he will follow up and get back to me. Guess what he also didnt get back to me. In the meantime he left and the new lady didnt have a clue what is happening wth the the aircon. I was then told she will het back to me. Needless to say I hang up the phone. My room is facing the sun and from 6am my room is so warm I cant sleep and Radisson blue just dont care. They already got my money so why worry about the customer. I even found some clothing tags in my cupboard from the previous people that stayed in the room. So clearly the room wasnt even cleaned properly. A four star hotel??? Pathetic never again I will once again use The City lodge groups as they atleast care about their customers and are half the price.
Dear Nedbank. What has happened to my once loved bank? What has happened to the personal service and short waiting periods? Where Nedbank has always been a bank I loved it has now become an absolute nightmare. I moved my business account to Nedbank due to the short waiting periods and personal help. In the meentime Nedbank has changed the enquiries and made it part of the tellers. Now standing in a que for an hour is the norm. Where I used to have a personal banker who handeled all my banking needs I found out she moved and no one is there to replace her or take over from her. For years now I didnt even mind paying more banking fees as long as I am with Nedbank. Well guess what my Business with a R10m minimun turnover pa and my personal account is in the process of moving to a bank that actually wants to look after their clients. And yes two of my business friends have done the same this year.. What a sad state of affairs at the once prestine bank.
Stay away... their Admin is horrendous and even though you have a dispute on your account they just rate you on ITC even if they are at fault! Not to even mention the nightmare it is once they get you contracted to get out.
Had my Fibre go down to 0.2mbs. It was a Metrofibre issue but Shailen was very helpful and assited me to get it back up and running again
My ISP moved my Fibre comnection to Metro Fibre. The last three months has been pathetic.. I have to phone them constantly due to poor speed. I was then told to upgrade my speed as that wil sort out my issue. Wel i did out of desperation and now... 3 day a week with no internet.
