Hoekom: WANT HULLE HET KLAAR JOU GELD GEVAT EN VOEL NOU NIKS MEER TOT DIE VOLGENDE KLIENT WAT HULLE SO INDOEN WANT HULLE HET KLAAR JOU GELD GEVAT

Stay away... their Admin is horrendous and even though you have a dispute on your account they just rate you on ITC even if they are at fault! Not to even mention the nightmare it is once they get you contracted to get out.

I cancelled the contact with Lifestyle Vacation Club about 2 years but instead they keep charging me every month. Then the debt collectors call and send me emails demanding payment,I feel harassed ,cheated and angry. To think i did not receive any service but am expected to pay ,for no booking no nothing........WHAT AM I PAYING FOR....I am frustrated , I regret the day I signed a contract with LVC. My advice to anyone is do a search of any service company you want to involve yourself with,so you do not get burnt in future.

On Wednesday, 10/02/2021 - I spoke to Gomelo to have my property listed on their site for sale. I was informed that should my property be sold OR should there be an interest in my property, that I would be contacted and made aware of this. Seeing that I had not been contacted OR received any form of email communication advising of such, I assumed that the Property was not sold. I then Gifted the Property to a family member as I did not want the weekend to go to waste. I also contacted Gomelo more than 5 times on Thursday and once on Friday to request that my property be removed from their site but was unsuccessful getting through to them. At this time I was confident that my property was not sold as no one had phoned OR emailed me. I managed to get the gifting certificate done on my family's name and sent a copy to the resort. TO MY ABSOLUTE SHOCK .... I received a call from the Resort at 15h45 on Friday 12/02/2021 telling me that my Property was SOLD on Gomelo and that the Guests were there to check-in. I was taken totally off guard as until this very moment, I HAD STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY GOMELO to let me know that my property was sold. What type of Business operation is this? Where is my money if the property was sold? LVC then contacted me and I was informed that my Property could not be removed from Gomelo because the guests had already checked in. LVC said that the only solution would be for me to book another unit for my family and requested permission to book using my points which I agreed to. He then suggested that I email my concerns to LVC which I did. I received feedback today from LVC stating that the Money that was owed to me for MY unit that was sold on Gomelo was actually paid to the Owner of the other Unit that I had to book using my points. I still cannot believe the SCAM operation that Lifestyle Vacation Club & Gomelo run. They steal my points & my money. This is THEFT on a different level, please beware.

In September 2013 I was bombarded into entering into a contract with VRS (Lifestyle Vacation Club), while on vacation at a resort. On the 19th of September 2016 my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and was not able to continue working, 1stly because he’d have to pass a strict medical, no longer possible and 2ndly he has been undergoing treatment and his job required that he be abroad for 2 to 3 months at a time, making weekly or fortnightly treatments impossible. I informed VRS that our financial situation has changed and that I no longer have the means to pay for the product which I have never used due to lack of availability. It has been more than a year and I have received no reply from the review committee. Notwithstanding cancelling the debit order in the correct way as stipulated by their contract, they keep unlawfully deducting funds from my husband’s account which results in more financial distress. We use all our funds for medical bills and treatment, our only income is interest earned from an investment which is not enough to cover even our basic household expenses and since there is no exit clause in the contract we are expected to keep paying the monthly charges until the review committee makes a decision, as I mentioned before, it’s been more than a year. My husband has been reversing the debit orders resulting in this account being in arrears, I have now been handed over to attorneys for collection, pending the outcome of the review committee. Now they are informing me that the committee will conveniently be closed from 10/11/2017 only opening on 1/2/2018.
