This has been the worst hotel service I have encountered in my life. First is the rooms very outdated but I can still live with that. Trying to contact reception is impossible as most of the time the phones just ring. My rooms aircon was not working and informed the reception on Saturday morning as I left the Hotel. Upon returning someone came into my room and just turned it on. I did that the problem, as I told reception is that no cold air was coming from the unit. On Sunday morning I requested the manager on duty. She came into the room and told me it is because of load shedding even though load shedding has been suspended the day before already (clearly they think us customers are stupid) She promised to find out what is going on and get back to me. No contact was made from her or anyone else. I contacted reception again and Keegan (I think that is his name) told me he will follow up and get back to me. Guess what he also didnt get back to me. In the meantime he left and the new lady didnt have a clue what is happening wth the the aircon. I was then told she will het back to me. Needless to say I hang up the phone. My room is facing the sun and from 6am my room is so warm I cant sleep and Radisson blue just dont care. They already got my money so why worry about the customer. I even found some clothing tags in my cupboard from the previous people that stayed in the room. So clearly the room wasnt even cleaned properly. A four star hotel??? Pathetic never again I will once again use The City lodge groups as they atleast care about their customers and are half the price.
