******* and a **** - my SMEG appliance was picked up in December and never returned. I was fobbed off for 3 months and now they claim it is not with them. The **** is they pick up your appliance then presumably go and sell it. Do not trust.
This is not a courier company. Its someone who doesn't care with a van! Shockingly unprofessional. Companies like Boardriders should NOT use this outfit. Uneblievably bad.
Am done with Ster-Kinekor. A few years ago they started their ridiculous new system where everything is 'self service' (with no one around to help - today at Blue Route there was one person to help hundreds of us!) Absolute chaos almost everybody late for their movie including us. Going from one queue (for the tickets and pop corn) to another queue to 'collect' Absolute shambles. Will not return. If SK had any idea about customer experience they would reverse this ridiculous way of doing things. Total rip off for the 'experience' of inefficiency wasted time and missing the start of your movie never mind the aggravation and no staff on hand.
