Cancelling a contract with MTN is the worst possible experience. Their consultants straight up lie when taking it out and they refuse to cancel and when calling to canvel, you get transferred from department to department and nobody assists. Use *ANY* network but MTN. They are the worst provider you can possibly use. Do yourself a favor and don't join MTN, you'll spare yourself lost of frustration.

Johan is very helpful and their service is excellent. I made an online order and wanted to change the order a day after. Johan advised that the order is already packed and ready to be sent off, but he manually amended my order, sent an invoice for the difference and still sent out the order on the same day. Their prices are also fantastic. Highly recommended.

RocketNet has always provided me with a stable connection, but once you want to cancel, there is absolutely no assistance of any sorts. I moved to a different residence with WiFi pre-installed and no longer needed my RocketNet account. They keep on debiting my account and the lack of communication is shocking.
There is no way of speaking to an operator/administrator. Avoid Telkom at all cost, once you have a contract with them, there is no cancelling. I followed the online process to cancel and a month later with no feedback or communication from them. Debit order reversals are costing me every time they debit my account.
Cell C has been debiting 2 amount from my account every single month for the past 4 months now. Every month I reverse thee debit order but it costs me banking fees every time. When Contacting Cell C, they keep telling me that they cannot pick anything up with my ID number. So effectively I am paying for someone else's account and they are telling me there is nothing they can do about it.
