Since i took out my wifi contract the 02nd of August 2023, it has just been a nightmare with Vodacom. They where so quick to get the contract signed and the router was delivered the following day. Out of the +- two weeks since i received the router i must have had 3 days of internet, called customer care about 5 times and been to my local Vodacom store twice just to be told look it works now, then a day or two later no internet connection. How can i pay for a contract where i have internet maybe 3 times a week, why explain to me why? If this cannot be fixed contact me i want to cancel this miserable contract. How can you do this to clients? But accounts get debited? I will take this to the newspapers.
Thank you Vodacom Preller Square for sorting out my router connectivity issues. Not always best to buy online rather walk into an actual store.
I took out a wifi router contract on the 02nd of August, router was delivered the 03rd of August, today is the 08th of August and after calling every day i still have no internet, every agent has a different procedure as to connect the router still no joy and money was deducted from my account and i have no internet.

My policy has been debited for years on the 26th of every month, for years but on the 23rd i requested a copy of my policy (as to have a printed copy) and they debited me the same day the 23rd!!! I have been sending email after email with no response. I want an answer because will i be debited again on the 26th of the month? What nonsense is this!!! Sort this out Clientele!!!
