Metrofibre Sucks!!!! BIG TIME you guys are pathetic, we are sitting with a huge problem and nobody can tell us what the hell is going on, we had our ONT box installed but we cant get connected and nobody at metrofibre knows what is the issue we have been speaking and complaining with you guys for the last 3 days now! This is highly unacceptable and pathetic service! Can the CEO of Metrofibre get back to me ASAP because everyone else below him does not know what the hell is going on!!!
The Greenwood Park Durban area is fed up with Metro Fibre from July we have been told we going Live!! It is now November!! And we keep getting fed the same response month in and month out, surrounding areas have gone live long time ago, some of us require Fibre to take on projects for work purposes and some have cancelled contracts with current LTE providers as we keep getting told next month we go live everytime one contacts either via phone call, email, social media this is the response we get Good day We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to provide an exact go-live date for any project as there are a lot of factors that can influence the time frame of the physical infrastructure build. Once the physical build is complete, there are numerous quality tests that need to be done before we can activate the estate as we need to ensure that everything is up to standard. Absolutely upsetting service, steaks were cooked wrong, staff need to be retrained, just poor on the whole for a so called " fine dining " resturant , very upset.We had friends from Mozambique.
Absolutely humiliated at the Pick n pay hyper by the sea Durban, i wanted to pay for a simple bag of dogs food and saw a pensioner till open with no customers at the till,so i proceeded to ask the cashier if i could quickly pay for this and she said no its only for pensioners,so i went through and over to the money market counter to pay, on my way out i get stopped by another pick n pay employee asking me if i paid for the item, what absolute bull**** is that, to come and ask me that infront of other people . I felt so Humiliated because some lazy person didnt have the time even go to money market first before coming to humiliate me. I am a loyal and regular customer to that Pick n Pay branch and i am absolutely disgusted.
Absolutely furious with the TFG Group, i purchased items online, wrong items were sent,eventually when i did get the Item it arrived with security sensor tag still attached, now i am inconvenienced to take it to the shop to have it removed! One of my other online purchases i am still waiting for since 18 JULY & has been saying out on delivery since 25 July it is now 2 August !! nobody can seem to locate this item!!!! I am extremely upset and everytime i call the call centre they are "Following Up" Flip Man there are purchase orders given why is it so hard to locate where the order is ???? I have been a customer of yours for many years & i am completely dumb struck on what is going on here.
