I feel like I am here every 6 month and the service never gets better. Can big retail companies in SA please stop using this company. The moment I see they have my parcel, I know it is going to be the biggest struggle to get it from them. Always claiming that the address is wrong, when it is fine and that they are phoning you, which they aren't. It is a joke. I cannot understand why the big retailers use them. Pathetic service.
I use the Pudo service often and when used withing Gauteng, it has always been quick and great service.
Super quick delivery of items - very happy with updates and turn around time.
Items ordered on 13 April and never received further communication after. Based on the reviews on Hello Peter and comments on Instagram, I am not hopeful. They have 3 different e-mail addresses available on their site - 2 of which do not exist. info@thekickemporioumcpt.com, sales@thekickemporioum.com, thekicksupstore@gmail.com Only the gmail gets delivered, other 2 do not get delivered. No contact number available, which says enough.
Honestly if there was a 0 option, I would’ve given it. This is my 2nd bad experience. The first experience, the package was with DPD Laser for a week, just sitting on their floor or going out and just back to the depot. Not even attempting delivery. So the current situation. Package picked up 23 November. 24 November - Got a sms that the delivery is out, then nothing happens 25 November - I phoned and was told my address was wrong and the driver attempted delivery. No attempt was made, I didn’t get a call, the gate didn’t call or anything. Check the address and it is 100% correct. 28 November - Package sits on floor, I phone and I’m told it will be delivered today. 29 November - today - got a sms that package is out for delivery, it is now 16:40, I don’t have much hope. So it has been with DPD Laser for 4 business days now. The call center agents are very nice and try to help. But in the end the general service of getting the package to the recipient is just not there.
Thank you Jaco Janse van Rensburg for all your assistance and the information provided during our call and recommendations were made where I was a bit unsure. In a quick and easy few minutes, our cat child was covered and everything was set up.
