I am very much disappointed with Little Switzerland Resort By Dream Resort. I book at Little Switzerland Resort for more than 4 months staying there leaving every second weekend only Saturday and returning on Sunday. on the 15th of June I checked out to return on the 17th as usual. When I get to the hotel, I was told the hotel is fully booked I can't get the same room as I was staying in for over 4 months which was a self-catering now. I have booked in advance. As a result, I'm I have to stay in single room with all my grocery including meat without a fridge and stove to cook.
I have complained about the clicks 8 months ago still no feedback after numerous attempts via email and still no response.
date 19 June 2020 at around 14h00 I went to Clicks Pharmacy Atteridgeville shop F104 with my prescription from the doctor. When it was my turn, I was called in to be assisted by Ms Felicia Ntshayi Ntshayi, who also happens to be pharmacist manger on the day. I handed her my prescription so she can assist with the medication I needed. While she was searching on the computer, I asked her to also check if there was any medication that had arrived for me from East London as I normally collect it there. She carried on to go and check for the medication I have asked her to check and within my earshot Ms Felicia Ntshayi Ntshayi proceeded to make sarcastic remarks with her colleagues about me wanting to get medication from East London. This made me extremely uncomfortable and when she returned I asked her to please not pass such remarks about me especially as I could hear her and she is now making a joke of me needing assistance with her staff as well. I also shared with her that such behavior is very unprofessional especially as people coming for assistance in pharmacies are vulnerable as they are unpleasant and she was not professional for them (stuff) to make such remarks it's not a situation to be joked about. Instead of excusing her behavior, she proceeded to shout at me and embarrass me even further, saying even threatening to expose me as she is not the one who made me sick, I must go back to those East London people who made me sick. As I saw that this was leading nowhere, I took my medical aid card and prescription and proceeded to leave the store to look for assistance elsewhere but as I was about to exit, I asked the security gaud at the door to please point me to the store manager. I was feeling extremely violated and as a customer of the pharmacy, I could not even be sure that any future interactions I will have the store personal will be treated confidentially from the conduct of this Click pharmacist. The security showed me to the floor manager. Trying to explaining my situation, he directed me to the head pharmacist. To my surprise and dismay, the lady (Ms Felicia Nstali) who was assisting me and being extremely verbally abusive towards me was in fact the pharmacist manager. Ms Felicia was asked to apologize by her colleague Ms Dipuo and she did not, instead she proceeded to insult me even furthermore, calling me a woman abuser and she said she's not going to allow me to abuse her, as I used to abuse woman saying she will expose me to the entire store that I'm sick, I went off and got myself sick in East London, all this was done inside the store, in full view of all the other customer and her colleagues , this lady was making a spectacle of me in the entire store. A fellow pharmacist named Dipuo who was on looking while all of this was happening, came to try and calm down Ms Felicia Ntshayi Ntshayi, called her to go away at the back to cool down. Ms Dipuo saw that she was not going to win and opted to assist me with the medication that was being searched for at the beginning of this altercation, she surprisingly found my package from East London and went on to apologize for the behavior of her colleague Ms Felicia Ntshayi Ntshayi. I left the store without even an apology from Ms Felicia Ntshayi Ntshayi and just felt that this behavior needs to be addressed as I'm sure there are other customers being assisted by her who are suffering in silence from the abuse of power and knowledge that this lady was displaying to me. The fact that in a store full of customers she was threatening to disclose my reason for visiting the pharmacy is completely unethical and a violation of my right to privacy. I would like to get feedback on how this matter will be addressed as this lady is not someone who should be dealing with people's confidential information
