Did a pay and clear payment a month ago yet the money never go to my friends account but left mine emailed them got a response 5 days after and then provided details nothing since 10 February
Complaints regarding trees damaging and destroying our property, said people will come out to remove them nothing has been done , still waiting since 2022
I emailed virgin active on the 05th of march till date I haven’t received any acknowledgement nor response from the Richards Bay club manger regarding this matter. Terrible service, my membership increased twice in a matter of 2 months how do they expect someone who only earns 1500 a month to pay a subscription when the fees go up but 250 a month
Been having issues with our internet since last year we phoned and keep on reporting faults they say they can't do anything now today they say they want to downgrade us to 10 mbps because they can't handle 20 mbps vdsl absolutely unbelievable
You pay for a 10mbps line and only get 2mbps. We reported faults nothing is done.
