Postnet George Unethical Behaviour
I had quite a negative experience. I sent a package from plettenberg bay to postnet george, and I phoned beforehand to tell them I was sending herbal supplements to the UK, and they said it was fine. They opened the package without consent, they then said I can't send the supplements, they then lied and told me I told them it was documents (without even knowing who I spoke to) in order to get me to pay to send it back.

Lucky Vitamin - Don't use
I ordered some dragons blood from lucky vitamin. The product is ok but the order service and customer service was really poor. Firstly I paid customs upfront for the order and I choose priority shipping. Quite a while after placing my order they told me my order was downgraded to standard shipping and that I would have to pay customs on arrival. I paid the customs on arrival and I wasn't given a receipt. Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me for the discounted shipping nor for the customs they said they would pay. Understandably they won't refund the customs I paid without a receipt, what isn't understandable is they wouldn't refund me for the downgraded shipping and for the customs that I paid them upfront. So I had to pay customs twice, received downgraded shipping and a package that took weeks to arrive and really bad customer support
