What a nightmare!!
I placed my order on June 24th: 12 deodorants. After placing the order, I asked them not to mention the word "Lucky Vitamin" on the package because Customs in Italy would hold the package thinking it's some pills or something else you cannot get in Europe and is forbidden. They told me they couldn't because as good Americans, they always know better than others. Sure enough, the package got hold at customs on July 2nd and I haven't received anything yet. We are August 15th now!!! They don't want to deal with customs and tell me I should call them, which of course is impossible! Communication with Alisha the "Happy Wellness Ambassador" is like spitting in the wind. I sent many emails and she doesn't help at all! They don't want to send me the money back because they want the package back, which I don't have. It's a real nightmare!!!! Don't ever buy anything with them if you don't live in the USA! Trust me, you will regret it!!!

Lucky Vitamin - Don't use
I ordered some dragons blood from lucky vitamin. The product is ok but the order service and customer service was really poor. Firstly I paid customs upfront for the order and I choose priority shipping. Quite a while after placing my order they told me my order was downgraded to standard shipping and that I would have to pay customs on arrival. I paid the customs on arrival and I wasn't given a receipt. Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me for the discounted shipping nor for the customs they said they would pay. Understandably they won't refund the customs I paid without a receipt, what isn't understandable is they wouldn't refund me for the downgraded shipping and for the customs that I paid them upfront. So I had to pay customs twice, received downgraded shipping and a package that took weeks to arrive and really bad customer support

I ordered vitamins from Lucky Vitamin for a substantial amount and have still not received it. It shows that it arrived in the country on the 22nd of February and is needed to be handed over to the Post Office to deliver. I have gone to the Post Office to check if they have received it, and I was told to ask the supplier for the local tracking number. I then contacted them and had no reply for 2 weeks. Finally someone did contact me to hear if I still need help! They then came back to me and said I need to ask the local post office for a tracking number. I am in the middle with no Product and no one seems to want to take responsibility. Don't order from them or anyone that will need to use the post office in the end because you will just not receive your order. Money wasted!!! The person from LuckyVitamin just said the delivery option I took was not covered by insurance, but if I opted for the insured delivery it would have cost me more than the product I was buying. And nowhere did it mention local post service because then I would NOT have ordered because our postal service does not exist.

Terrible/zero service, and terrible customer interaction.

Worst company in the world and they like alot. And refuses to refund you after they promised to deliver and never did. This company is a big scam and steel your money. You order something online and you never get it back and then they come with excuses and refuse to pay your money back
