If I could give no star I would! It is a disgrace that we can't order anything, or post anything through our local postal service. It should be a service that we are proud of, but alas it is non-existant. And like so many things in this country there is no accountability. The only thing done well by the post office is strike! I ordered vitamins from Lucky Vitamin for a substantial amount and have still not received it. It shows that it arrived in the country on the 22nd of February and is needed to be handed over to the Post Office to deliver. I have gone to the Post Office to check if they have received it, and I was told to ask the supplier for the local tracking number. I then contacted the supplier and had no reply for 2 weeks. Finally someone did contact me to hear if I still need help! They then came back to me and said I need to ask the local post office for a tracking number. I am in the middle with no Product and no one seems to want to take responsibility. Don't order from them or anyone that will need to use the post office in the end because you will just not receive your order. Money wasted!!! The person from LuckyVitamin just said the delivery option I took was not covered by insurance, but if I opted for the insured delivery it would have cost me more than the product I was buying. And nowhere did it mention local post service because then I would NOT have ordered because our postal service does not exist.

I don't know what to do anymore .... My claim to fix my broken phone has been approved since 6 May. Mtn needs to collect and repair. Nothing has been done, you can't get through to the call centre because their services have been disrupted because of the strike. If you go to their FB page it has workers on bragging about not going to work with photos sipping on Johnny Walker whiskey and will hold out till Mtn pays them what they demand. Back to me the consumer, where does it leave me. I think it is time to leave ... I wish it was that easy for everyone to leave Mtn and we'll see how much they will be able to pay all their 'well deserving' workers. Mtn really?<br> I have received a mail on Monday with this message: <br> \Kindly please note your claim has been assessed and logged.<br> You will be contacted by our courier team to arrange the logistics and provide you with a loan phone"<br> I am still waiting for the call?? Once my phone gets collected how long will that take"
