Very poor. Order a cellphone contranct online and there is noway that you can contact them or anything. They gave the wrong order and wants to charge me more than three times the installment what the actual deal is. No one can help you and there are no numbers to contact them nor email them. How do you get hold of such a pathetic big company's online sales department???
Very bad service. The manager or owner in charge is also very rude. They did not clean the car and was arguing they can't let their staff clean a car for 3 hours because they are busy and that the staff must leave the car dirty with dirt spots on while the car was only there for 1h 45min and the staff also said that they are still busy when we got there. I do not recommend anyone to go there
They have my car for 3 weeks now to replace a clutch that is still under warranty. they promised me that I will have it back on 11 August 2021 at the latest and still they are not done and keep giving excuses, surely it doesn't take 3 weeks to replace a clutch, it takes about a day to do it. I can't do my work because I need to see clients and my employer is starting to think that I am lying. Can someone please do something about them so that I can get my car back in this week because this is ridiculous
Worst company in the world and they like alot. And refuses to refund you after they promised to deliver and never did. This company is a big scam and steel your money. You order something online and you never get it back and then they come with excuses and refuse to pay your money back
<p>Haasbroek optometrist have the worst service I have ever seen and always full of excuses. I am waiting for my hard and soft contact lenses for almost two months now and I am asking them over the phone about two times a week and I go there two times a week. Every time they have stories and telling lies how long it takes and then I told them it is impossible to take that long. I have been wearing contacts for more than fifthteen years and got lenses from various optometrists and it never took more than 3 days to a week. In the mean while I can't see and it is a huge influence on my job and I can't drive and my work is starting to get annoyed by it. I need to drive to work and back home and to clients and work on computers but I can't see</p>
