Very poor car wash
Very bad service. The manager or owner in charge is also very rude. They did not clean the car and was arguing they can't let their staff clean a car for 3 hours because they are busy and that the staff must leave the car dirty with dirt spots on while the car was only there for 1h 45min and the staff also said that they are still busy when we got there. I do not recommend anyone to go there

bad service and day light robbery
on Sunday midday the 6th of December 2020 I took my car and my wife"s car to sparkle car at Festival Mall in Kempton Park and each car was charged R85.00 which I agreed and I was told to come back after 2 hours . I returned after 3.5 hours I was handed the keys and i paid but to my disappointment the rubber mats were still dirty as Ieft them and when I complained they wanted to wipe them quickly but I forced them to wash them. After we left, when I got home as we were offloading plastic bags with new clothes we realized this cars were never touched inside at all and yet I was charged the full price and to top it all the guy incharge did not care or showed any concern about his service as a result I would not use that car wash again and would warn everybody I know not to even try taking their car to sparkle car wash nothing sparkling about them.
