Claim no:C101227098 The worst insurance ever!!!! I lodged my claim at the beginning of December for my building that was hit by a storm and I have been running after them till today to fix the damage all I get is excuses and apologies. Thay have since attended to my claim and they came to a conclusion that.they will cover part of the damages due to maintenance issues which the same excuse they have previously used on the previous claim which I did fixe from my own pocket and have invoices for it. What broke the camels back is their claim outcome only willing to settle only R10K after waiting for 2 months mind you there has been more damages due to more heavy rains and them dragging their feet to settle my claim. I asked for breakdown of material and labour to justify their settlement figure and they refused. I am so disappointed and I regret for leaving Santam. I am about to warn everyone on social media to stay away from Naked/Hollard . They sell you insurance online in less than 2 minutes but the service is **** I should have known better because that was red a flag on its own but i wanted to give them a chance. Worst insurance ever they didn't even appoint a contractor to do repairs because they are trying to cut corners. I am being taken for a ride.
I have a homeloan with FNB and wanted a document stating that my arrears are upto date . No one could assist from 8am till15h30. I emailed the manager that was handling my account 2 weeks ago and he was not rep**** or called me. Very disappointed
I lodged a claim for ****** items at my property and fnb insurance rejected my claim based on no force entry when the theft happened outside the hose where a gas cylinder padlock was broken from its cage and the claim took almost a month to be finalised and no assessor was sent to the property they only asked me to send photos . The claim was handled unprofessional and FNB only cares about their pocket .When I cancel, they want to reduce my premiums but they failed to cover . Never insure with fnb they are terrible when comes to insurance, I regret the day I signed up with them I should have stayed with my old insurance as never had any problems.
Reservation :40235514ZA4 Avis is giving me a run around with my holding deposit of an amount of R2771.25 when I have returned their vehicle on the 1st of May 2024. When I make follow-up they claim it was refunded and my bank doesn't have any record of that
Discovery bank refuses to closes the account that I never used ,I never even activated their card instead they keep on piling up their bank charges. It feels like a **** because I wanted to try their credit card instead the gave me a debit card and they now force me to pay bank charges on something I never used let alone activating their card .I want to escalate this to the ombudsman and won't be renewing my medical aid with them. Fnb Insurance is the worst ever ,they don't return calls as they promise . My car was repaired in 3 days for the minor damage but a month later I have not received my car as they are holding payments . Loss Event:RMO06988
I took fnb insurance not knowing the underwriter is old oldmutual and I recently had a claim for my roof which was damaged by the storm . Old mutual came with the excuses under the sun to pay little as they can . They insist I am under insured and my property is in the market going for half of what I have insured it for. I am going to move my property away and insure it its my other property. The quote they got from their supplier and my supplier and compared to what they are willing to settle it's an insult.
Fnb ***** division is letting me down again, I sent through a dispute form regarding unauthorized transactions on my account and no has responded in 3 day another transaction of the same nature happened may its time to part ways
Multi choice sold me an upgrade in December for price lock of R849.00over 2 years but to my surprise I was debited R2450.00 and I called the call centre which I was promised that it's fixed and I should reverse the funds and pay the correct amount manually. I checked on DStv Watts app and looked okay up until yesterday when they suspended my account and said I owe over R2 K again and this lady from the call centre failed dismally to help and understand my query. I asked for a manager she said there no managers only team leaders even them were busy .I feel the service was pathetic as I have been dealing with this query for 2weeks and I am frustrated still can't get help nobody cares.
I lodged a claim for a geyser burst and their plumber replaced it but the following day there's a leakage through my ceiling and when I called them again and they came to say there is a rusted pipe to to the geyser which is separate claim all together and I will be liable for another excess so I am going to pay 2 excesses for the same problem I don't think I want keep my policy with FNB brokers their suppliers are ametures and he was rude to me and to top it all my ceiling is damaged as well, they could have fixed correctly first time around.
