We used to have minimum 16 slow lounge accesses per year. FNB just took it away without any explanation. My private banker has no idea how this works and can not even explain the ebuck reward procedure.
Terrible service. FNB forex department refuses to return/reply on my emails corespondents. It’s now nearly a month and no reply back. My incoming forex transaction will soon be reverts back to the sender because they do not care to do their job.
