On the 3rd of July, my husband whom is a secondary driver of my vehicle and is insured met up with a accident, all paperwork was submitted by the 5th. Till today my claim is still not authorized, I phone every after 2 days to do follow ups.you have to hold on the line for 45 minutes and sometimes more,consultants are very good at listening and assist where they can. But the worst experience comes with the appointed assessor who doesn't bother to communicate. Ay I thank you I wyze for your pathetic service to your clients. I have never missed a payment, already last month they took their money but my car is still not fixed.as it is im paying much extra for someone to transport the kids to and from school and also to get myself to work. Had I knew this would happen I would have stayed with my previous insurer.
