Very disappointed we hired a generator for the next morning because our electric power is gonna be off for 8 hours in Malmesbury, past 10 we go there the guy there told me i can put it my car otherwise im gonna wait longer one of there drivers did not pitch, first of all i did pay R530 mean generator for the day and delivered, second thy not the decency to call and let you know, very poor service
I'm very disappointed in mweb my name is Brent Baatjies I'm a longtime customer did change to lte for faster internet the first 2 months good speed 20meg line for R729 ,for the last 3 weeks I get 200 plus kbytes, did call in but poor service on the phone and stil this slow speed from mweb I'm disgusted and think about canceling

Vary disappointed in malmesbury full house furniture store,i did buy a playstation 5 with 6 accessories only receive 5 and one was damaged, no one inform me about the short and damaged delivery, i had to call the sales lady and was told warehouse was out of stock it will take up to 2 weeks before stock will arrive, we had to spend our hard earned money end get this kind of service it petatic, Cleary to them is about sales and not customers service, the manager and staff of full House Furniture must be send on a customer service intervention, and must be taught about 2 way clear communication, inform your customers about short deliveries ,i will advise people not to buy there, after all if this no one of the staff or manager call as to explain we must call every 2 days
Today i did visit tekkie town in malmesbury for a exchange of my boy's shoes, the problem was not service, it was one of the staff name Lucinda she didn't have a mask on, i approach her and did tell her to put on her mask a attitude from hell she told me she just did come from the toilet, i understand that but she was already 5min in store and covid is no joke now, she did speak back to me as a customer i was so furious and angry and the best all is the manager Mache was next to her and did not say anything to make Lucinda keep quiet, so if that is the service there i will never go there again
My 3 bad experience because of the previous bad service from pick n pay malmesbury, i did decide to stand outside waiting for my wife and kids shopping, i standing were there is no people the security told me i can't stand there i must go and stand in the parking, the way he talk to me u can see he has no training he call another security and they speak in there language they are Africans i was so mad because it looks like they target me 3 times in a row when i visit this store, my previous problem with them is still not sorted out, and again were looking for promotion stock sold out every time why display if u don't have the stock, this getting serious now, i will take this much further they better stop there **** with me

This is now the second time very bad service of staff and security of malmesbury pick n pay, this time to far, early morning i go there i got my mask on but not cover my nose because i sweat easily and chest prob, im explained to security but he treat to throw me out, he informed another gaurd, i also explained to the so called manager but no one even listened to me, i was very angry i swear to security for that I'm very sorry but he swear back to me, and no one did come to talk to me or calm there security down, and to top everything off the braai stand with the charcoal promo was out of stock what they advertised, i will never sit my foot in malmesbury pick n pay, they are useless and no good
This is the second time we are experiencing a bad service from absa Atlantis branch, i sent my colleague to get change they had a long storie, i call them and then they help, my colleague told me there service and faces wasn't friendly at all, i don't want a apology from them because it's the second time all i want from them is to treat all customers with dignity and respect plz
I'm speaking on behalf of my colleague again Lewis Atlantis give him the poorest service again, tv again broken he must waiting for courier to come almost 2 months no courier, they want to force him to pay depit order, i think he must cancel the whole TV story and buy by other company
