They were referred to us for bee removal. The owner contacted me before i could contact them and made an appointment.They also said they could do pest controll for us as we struggled with rats. I waited more than a month before they said they would come. We made an appointment that they would come on the saturday morning early. By 12 they still had not showed up.Once they did show the whole family came along but they waited outside. They proc have ded a walk through and around and said they would be able to sort out the rats but will then wait till sundown before they will be able to extract the bees. They put up rat traps and dis a proper survey and explained to us in a lot of detail.They then left to go het something to eat along with their family and came back afer an hour or so. Once the sun had gone down they sprayed into the beehive and then went home.We were very happy and impressed with what they did amd their level of knowledge but then we got the bill.R10 000 for for the day(not a full day). When i enquired about the price (isially our pest controll services came out 6weekly and asked 550 per visit. They said it included the first 6months of follow-ups. They said they would come back that same wednesday (after the saturday),then after 2weeks and then monthly till 6months. However once we paid we sisn’t hear a thing.Despite numerous attempts from my side to get hold of them and sending numerous whatsapps they replied once i told them i think they scammed us. The owner then said he sustained an injury so he couldn’t let us know. He promised to come that thursday and once again did not. Again radio silence. After more than a week they contacted me to say they will come the next week dor the monthly visit(by then it was already more than 6weeks from the initial(and only service) and i responded by asking whether they are going to extend the 6month period to catch up the services they did not do.And that i was going to report them.Till today i have not been able to get hold of them and i dis lay a complaint with the company that told me to hire them.
If yiu want to go somewhere to relax and destress and feel pampered defnitely don’t go to this spa. This was my 2nd time and i had more than 3h of treatments booked. I left without even being offered a glass of water,bruises the next day from the destress massage and nails that were so untidy. I emailed them twice last week and they did not even respond. Money and precious time waisted.
After making several bookings with them we still don’t have wifi. Waited a long time to get a date as they were so busy. Then when we finally had a date which worked i was told i couldn’t send the contract the day before installation would take place as it had to be sent within 7 days of booking. I said i wasn’t aware and couldn’t find it in our communication. Then received another date for tomorrow and when my husband went to drop the contract at their office this afternoon for installation tomorrow (within 7days of new booking) he was told that because he did not drop it off before 12 he had to now again make another booking. This despite the fact we had a confirmed booking again for installation. And nowhere in our communications were mentioned 12???
Extremely poor! I booked my flight via travelstart and then also decided to do the car rental on travelstart. The rental was confirmed via travelstart at europcar all online and the money withdrawn from my account as the confirmation came through.when i arrived at the europcar reception desk after my flight to collect my car with my booking voucher etc they said they had no booking for me. They weren’t even aware despite me showing them the voucher and the confirmation email etc. They also had no automatic cars even available.I phoned travelstart who said they work via cartrawler. They phoned me back and said i must phone car trawler who would refund me. (Although i booked on travelstart website) By then i was late for my function and had to hitch a lift with someone else as they had no car for me. When i phoned cartrawler they would not refund me and said they first need to investigate what happened. Tomorrow it is a month-i still have not been refunded or had any feedback from eother travelstart or car trawler despite numerous phone calls and emails
