Very recently Sonic's technician did a seamleas job in installing our wifi/fibre. He also worked remarkably quietly, informing me of his progress from time to time. Polite. Many thanks. I do find tuem a little on the expensive side though.

I have been using Super sonic For one 1 month and the Bill is R1400 I'm trying to contact them it's not going through Does anyone have a Number or Email they respond to worst Service to ever they just none existing

I Am still not connected even after a consultant told me that I would be 90 minutes later. I am fairly new to supersonic LTE but it seems to I'm. Gonna request for cancellation and refund. This is not on. There is no load shedding in my area.

I've been on the line waiting for someone at Sonic Herotel accounts department for 35 minutes I eventually had to put the phone down cause I couldn't wait anymore..... I have never experienced this poor service in the private sector... I'm expecting this maybe from sars or home affairs. Bad bad bad

Very strange customer service- always refusing to allow one to speak to the owner. Technical staff never able after hours to resolve issues. ALWAYS WANT TO BOOK A SERVICE CALL OUT, when their is nothing wrong with the hardware. Peak hour throttling and shaping of feed. Lots of buffering. They think that everybody is a gullible idiot and not tech savvy. Just poor.

Sonic Herotel's service used to be fantastic. However, over the past few months the service has deteriorated. We pay for an internet speed of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload. However, of late we only get around 2 to 7 mbps download and 1.5 to 2.5 mbps upload speeds. Whenever we lodge a complaint, they don't warn us when they will be cutting out internet off to check the problem, they simply cut it to work on the problem. This is very disruptive as we are often in meetings and suddenly, no internet. Very unprofessional for us as we are usually in client meetings and this does not bode well for our business. What makes matters worse, after working on the problem, our internet speed is always lower, not better. So frustrating - we end up with backwards and forwards emails to try to get them to resolve it to the speed we are actually paying for. We need a reliable internet service provider and sadly Sonic, who we used to rave about, is letting us down a lot.

My Parents have constant bad internet connections... we phone them asking to help us and phone in for technical support but it does not help they only make it worse. I live nearby my parents and never had I ever had bad internet issues. My parents phone almost every day regarding bad internet and all they say is that its our dish or they worked on it and it should be fine. Its not fine, my parents replaced their dish and its still giving the same issue, when they work on it, it gets worse. I am so done with sonic Wi-Fi, they just don't have trained people that don't know what they are doing!!!! I would recommend other places in Herm****. Never have I ever seen such bad service. Yes my parents live in a low class area but that doesn't mean that they should discriminate against them. I want this sorted fast. It makes me very angry... my parents pay money for something they not getting.
