Very recently Sonic's technician did a seamleas job in installing our wifi/fibre. He also worked remarkably quietly, informing me of his progress from time to time. Polite. Many thanks. I do find tuem a little on the expensive side though.

I have been using Super sonic For one 1 month and the Bill is R1400 I'm trying to contact them it's not going through Does anyone have a Number or Email they respond to worst Service to ever they just none existing

I Am still not connected even after a consultant told me that I would be 90 minutes later. I am fairly new to supersonic LTE but it seems to I'm. Gonna request for cancellation and refund. This is not on. There is no load shedding in my area.

Goeiedag Na aanleiding van my voortydige navraag om my wifi oor te skuif na Botrivier, wil ek my misnoë uitspreek ivm geen terugvoer van tegnikus. Hy het die perseel besoek op 25/02/2021, laatmiddag en Mnr Jan Visagie, ons voorsitter wat teenwoordig was, meegedeel dat hier volle sterkte sein is. Daar is geen inligting aan my deurgegee en ek moes telkemale verskeie oproepe en navrae rig. Persone het net elke keer boodskap geneem. Na vele oproepe het die tegnikus vanmiddag opgedaag net om my mee te deel dat hier ń baie swak sein is. Hy sou ń leer moes kry, terug kom op latere stadium om antenna op hoogste gewel te sit en dan sal ek dalk sein hê. Ek het toerusting wat intussen aangekoop is , saam met hom teruggestuur. Dit noodsaak my om my ooreenkoms met julle met onmiddellike effek te kanselleer. Ek het gladnie enige diens ontvang vanaf 25/2/2021 wat baie teleurstellend is. Ek dring verder daarop aan dat alle onkoste deur my verskuldig, dit wat reeds verhaal is, teruggeskryf word vanaf 28 Februarie 2021. Dit sluit die volgende in: Installasie koste R500 Gedeeltelike betaling nuwe antenna R1000 Die maandelikse fooi vir Maart 2021 R489.00. Weereens wil ek daarop wys dat ek geen diens van Sonic gekry het nadat ek julle telefonies ingelig het dat ek na Botrivier verhuis. Ek kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir julle tegnikus se verkeerde inligting en gebrek aan nodige kommunikasie nie. Bevestig asseblief per epos wanneer ek die bedrag van R1989.00 wat deur julle verhaal is, te wagte kan wees. Vertrou op spoedige terugvoer. Dankie RONNIE MASSER

The most unreliable ISP I signed up with, always connection problems or slow speeds and when you inquire about the network problem then its always issues with the high site or maintenance , that is when you get through per telephone because your waiting time to speak to an consultants can be anything from 1minute to 20 minutes. The WhatsApp number they gave for queries or networks problems is also useless because you send your problem and get an automated reply that a consultant will be in touch as soon as they're available but you're lucky if they do send an whatsapp message a day or 2 later.

After making several bookings with them we still don’t have wifi. Waited a long time to get a date as they were so busy. Then when we finally had a date which worked i was told i couldn’t send the contract the day before installation would take place as it had to be sent within 7 days of booking. I said i wasn’t aware and couldn’t find it in our communication. Then received another date for tomorrow and when my husband went to drop the contract at their office this afternoon for installation tomorrow (within 7days of new booking) he was told that because he did not drop it off before 12 he had to now again make another booking. This despite the fact we had a confirmed booking again for installation. And nowhere in our communications were mentioned 12???
