MTN!! ITS ALREADY BEEN 24HRS WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION AS A NEW CUSTOMER OF SUPER SONIC WHO USES YOUR SIM CARDS. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATIING CAUSE I HAD ALREADY SPOKEN TO LEHLOHONOLO TSHABALALA WHO HAD TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE ACTIVATED IN 90 MINUTES STILL NOTHING HAPPEND AFTER AN HOUR THEN I SPOKE TO NTOMBI WHO TOLD ME I NEED TO BE RICA'D IT WOULD BE DONE IN 45 MIN STILL NOTHING HAPPEND. I THEN SPOKE TO ANOTHER UNKNOWN ****SULTATNT WHO TOLD ME MATTER IS ESCALATED, TODAY I SPOKE TO LISA ELLIS WHO IS REPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT. SHE SAYS ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED BUT IM STILL NOT GETING ANY INTERNET. THE LED LIGHT IS NOT POWERING ON. I TOLD LISA AND SHE SAYS SHE WILL ESCALATE TO SUPPORT. THIS WAS 5 HOURS AGO AND IM STILL WITHOUT INTERNET. MTN CAN YOU PLEASE FIX MY CONNECTION ISSUE CAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE SUPERSONIC CANT. THIS IS SO NOT ON SUPERSONIC USES YOUR SIM CARDS - MTN SO PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO ATTEND TO MY MATTER URGENTLY OR ELSE CANCEL AND REFUND MY MONEY IF YOU ALSO CANT ASSIST,
I Am still not connected even after a consultant told me that I would be 90 minutes later. I am fairly new to supersonic LTE but it seems to I'm. Gonna request for cancellation and refund. This is not on. There is no load shedding in my area.
Spoke to a consultant regarding a medical aid with Elixi. She told me that though there was a 2 months waiting period i will be able to start seeing a doctor from September (next month). Yesterday I call in and Amanda Mtshole tells me the 2 months waiting period still very much applies and will be required to wait. I asked her to pull the records of the call for the 8th of August 2022. She said she'll escalate and asked when I would like to o call back with feedback I advised from 8 am today of which she still has not called me. Such DISHONESTY and NO INTEGRITY in handling Customers. All they care about is the Sale. Shame on You both ELIXI A S TALKSURE. NO REPUTATION WHATSOEVER!!! MONEY EATERS YOU ARE!!!!
They are worst in service. I was simply adding a new bank account to my trading profile. and still today my profile is pending unapproved. i tried their wattsapp chat im still waiting for someone to help me. their virtual assistant not user friendly. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! MY MONEY IS STUCK CANT WITHDRAW BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL BUSY TO ATTEND TO CUSTIMER NEEDD OF APPROVING ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER UPLOADING ALL MY FICA DOCS A HUNDRED TIMES!!!!!.
My mom is dealing with a serious case of her unpaid pension of which that matter is being handled by Vhuhwavho Lithole. She has promised to give feedback today. But when i call her, she answers the phone and says nothing. You literally can hear a movie playing in the background and her talking softly with some but wont answer. my mom's lawyer has tried calling her several times and but gets the same feedback. i just called their main office they put me on hold and hang up. There really is no justice in South Africa. I tried calling them again it rings till it hangs up. This is just after i demanded to speak to Ms Lithole, the responsible for my mom's case.
I’m not happy with Woolworths delivery. They never deliver on time. My delivery is due 9am. The consultant apologised on behalf of the drivers and said they would have arrived by 9:20. It’s 9:30 no one is saying anything from woolies. No communication whatsoever I have to waste my airtime hold for hours to find out exactly when my food is coming.
I'm very disappointed by the service that Sanlam pension gives. I have already sent two emails to Reuben the manager and Fifi Mthembu the consultant on a follow the authorisation of my pension withdrawal. And I have not gotten any feedback from them. When I call i am told Reuben is not answering his phone. They don't read their emails from clients. They don't care they don't even give accurate information one consultant said my application for authorisation was sent. This was on Friday last week. When I called yesterday and spoke to Fifi Mthembu no application was sent.
I was on a call with Cebolenkosi Nkandi. Who hung up the phone on me while raising an incident for my internet that is not connecting. When I call back I'm told he is busy on the other line with a client. I don't understand how's that possible. There clear is not proper customer service. I also asked him to email me the reference no for the called on my behalf.. that too was not done... I'm very frustrated with Rain. My account is up-to-date but for the service I'm getting... It's really nonsense and you need to to teach your staff members client services I really am not happy with your internet services and how your staff without telephone etiquette. Please fix my connection.
We have been waiting outside for an hour to get inside and we're still Waiting. This is WORST SERVICE. I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH STANDARD BANK!!!!
rain service is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. i joined on Sunday the 20th and ever since i used ALL my airtime calling them to keep reconnecting me to internet. i am so DISSAPOINTED BY RAIN.
