After making several bookings with them we still don’t have wifi. Waited a long time to get a date as they were so busy. Then when we finally had a date which worked i was told i couldn’t send the contract the day before installation would take place as it had to be sent within 7 days of booking. I said i wasn’t aware and couldn’t find it in our communication. Then received another date for tomorrow and when my husband went to drop the contract at their office this afternoon for installation tomorrow (within 7days of new booking) he was told that because he did not drop it off before 12 he had to now again make another booking. This despite the fact we had a confirmed booking again for installation. And nowhere in our communications were mentioned 12???
