It's not even worth a one star recommendation, it's been more than a year since I've asked Alexandra Forbes to process with section 14 transfer of my funds to Momentum but with every communication it's a different story, last year I anquired and asked to proceed with transferring my Edcon funds to Momentum they agreed and said the process is underway, 11 months later Im now requesting a feedback on why the process is taking to log and Sharon Horn tells me that I must wait for other 49 Edcon members to claim, that time I'm not a reprisentative of the 49 people I don't even know them and why should I wait for them, I've been emailing Sharon Horn thier retirement consultant for the last 2 years she's useless in explaining as useless in finding a solution, Alexander forbes stop with the stupid excuses and just transfer my funds, I'm not representing 49 people and don't understand why my individual funds must wait for other members to query
Wow what a hustle to get a response from these ppl, they don't even deserve a 1 star in my opinion, So the last past months I've been trying to get a response from them regarding my withdrawal, no response from them instead I'm the one who's been calling and I have been getting the same response the person who's handling ur case was on leave... Or she's back and swamped like what is happening? So I used to work for Edcon and since Edcon is no more my understanding from the last consultant I spoke to is that my provident fund was moved to my current employer, however there is a potion of my investment from another company( old mutual) that I used to invest in thats the potion I would like to withdraw from, but since I've been waiting from a response from Portia whose on leave and since she's been on leave nothing can be done...ridiculous for such a big organization
I'm very disgusted and appalled by the distaste and lack of function with absa personal loans teams. I have a loan with them and it's up to date but since December I'm getting these emails and massages about me not paying, I've written to acquire but no response, why would they aggregate a paying customer it's stupid and annoying
Old mutual superfunds terrible 😔 every thing is frustrating from thier app to them not even getting back to you. I have not received a statement from them since 2020 for my provident fund everytime I need my statement I must fight to get it, I tried contacting their help service they keep giving me reference numbers, I just need my 2022 statement is that so hard to get
Sportscene albertoncity really disappointed by thier lack of service, I did a lay bye with them about 3months ago, in those 3months I didn't even once get a call to remind me that my lay bye date was about to expire...eventually when I went to the store to enquire about it I was told there's nothing they could do, I was not even given a potion of the percentage of the money I paid to the laybye, I just think they are running a scam to make ppl laybye knowing they will forget so that they can take all their money.
What a bad and terrible service I have NOT had electricity for the past 6 days I've called the municipality several times a day they have all said they will escalate the matter but still no one has come to fix our electricity, it's frustrating because I have 2 toddlers in the house with no electricity I'm drained and frustrated...my follow up number since I logged the call is MC202112111291
I went to Rodizio in Melrose arch excellent service from when we entered to the time we left, it's a pity I forgot the waiters name but super nice service he gave us...me and my husband didn't want any sea food he kindly recommended something else for our starter and the 3 course buffet he recommended was was delicious. I have been dealing with old mutual superfunds with regards to my provident fund since beginning of 2019 with their disgusting service, firstly they told me they can't give me my funds because it's being transferred pending section 14, then early this year 2020 I had to contact them again and they told me they still investigating my funds... For what I don't know... Through my persistent I was dealing with their CORPORATE ANGEMENT PERSONAL called ANDREA, I thought finally the would light hence on the 14th she sent me a confirmation email saying my funds were deposited in my account even though they never asked for my banking details, ONLY when I sent her an email to confirm my banking details she sent me a STANDARD BANK account number that I have never been in my life, I don't even have any other account ever since I have worked for more than 17 years I have been one account with one bank which is ABSA, I AM DISAPPOINTED, Disgusted and Appalled about their pathetic service and I NEED MY FUNDS PAID BACK INTO MY URGENTLY, This is a stupid mistake that I urgently need it to be rectified IMMEDIATETLY. I have never experienced such disgusting service ever!!! imagine fighting for your own money for a year and a half
I recently wrote a review about old mutual superfunds and how I am frustrated with them about my pension fund money that they don't want to give me, they responded with a pathetic email saying they will investigate the matter, I wrote another email again to them asking about my pension fund and they told me they will give me an answer within 48 hours but 4 days later I still don't have an answer. Why should I beg for my money? It feel like I am negotiating and begging for my money while my colleagues have received their pay out already.
I have been retrenched from my previous company and I applied for old mutual superfunds. When I initially called them They said our money will be ready in 21 days and I called again few days after and I was told the funds were being investigated and now I called again today and I'm told old mutual will not be paying out our money even though other people received their pay out. Why so many stories from your consultants and why don't you want to pay out our money
