I would like to thank the team at King Cake Party City for assisting me with the cake requested. You made up for a previous mishap as promised. The cake was a hit and everyone complimented the design. It was exactly what I requested. The taste was amazing too. Thank you again. The bakery never disappoints. I will continue to use you in future.
Ordered a cake for my sister's 50th birthday this weekend and paid a deposit and proof of payment was sent to the customer liaison but when I went to collect it at the Kenilworth store, there was no cake. Spent a long time waiting in the store while they discussed telephonically with the bakery whether the email was sent by the customer liaison. I was very disappointed with their business ethic. Also, no back up cakes offered in these cases and no formal apology since.
Unfortunately, I cannot give them no star. I logged a fault with Telkom and after months of no service, I cancelled my line online. Three weeks after cancelling a technician arrived to fix the fault with the cable and then due to this I called to say I no longer wanted my line cancelled. Four months later, after thinking they would no longer cancel, the line was cancelled. I then went inside the store to apply for a new line which after waiting for 2 months I learnt does not work. I then applied via telephone and still waiting after 3 weeks. When you call, they cannot assist you because not everyone has access to all systems and cannot view your details. Whats the point of a service desk?? Or they are off-line. Processes are clearly not working at Telkom and I refuse to be affiliated with an incompetent organisation that knows nothing about sales and customer service.
