Best investment for your sleep and comfort.
We bought our mattress from Henwood about two years ago now and it is honestly the best investment for our sleep and comfort. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend them as your first choice when buying a mattress.

Any other company
Such a disappointing experience with Aramex. They never answer their phones (Durban Office) and always come up with excuses as to why a parcel is not delivered or through customs.

Worst international shipping company
I have ordered a shipment from amazon on several occasions, and every time it is being couriered through Aramex my shipment will get held up at customs. My previous shipment was meant to be delivered in May and I ended up receiving it in July. I was told I needed to supply a bank statement proving the purchase of my shipment plus an invoice from amazon. The Aramex staff are polite on the phone, but hat is as far as it goes with them. They don't follow up when they say they will, and they don't provide you with all of the information relevant to your shipment. I wish I could select which courier company I want my shipments to be handled with when shopping on amazon as I would never choose Aramex.
