Thank you GEMS for your swift response to my Complaint, this was after our hospital claim was short paid. Thank you for your thoughtful concern in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical care.
I am frustrated by the poor aftercare service i continue to receive from debtbusters. One of my account is paid up and they they continue to pay it and make overpayments. I wrote many e-mails and talked to different consultant without any resolution. Please remove the capitec account, it has been paid up, and reduce my instalment.
This company is a mess, I'm their client, I can't get hold of a person to assist me, they don't respond to emails and calls, the consultant put me on hold for over one hour and only to be told the only team leader is not available and not one can assist, I'm now considering switching to another debt counselor, the are not doing what is supposed to be done,
I am receiving a really bad service form Debtbusters, I am really frustrated, They say they do not have the password to update the debt help system. The credit bureau require the debt help system to be updated in order for them to remove the debt review indicator even though the clearance certificate was issued. The manager who contacted me promised to resolve this and send me an e-mail but didn't.
I was under debt review with debtbusters and I paid all my debts. I got their clearance certificate but now they are failing to remove the flag status with NCR and credit bureau. I'm now frustrated.
