Do not sign up with Shaun, he is a lier and a thief. His food is disgusting and no where close to what he claims on FB. He changes his menu without notice and you stuck having to take something not as per schedule. I suggested him to other people who experienced the exact same issue and cancelled. He also recently signed up my pensioner parents without my knowledge, have empty promises, food was not good, changes his menu last minute and when it came to refunding them for food not delivered he was nowhere to be found. He threatened my pensioner parents that I should refrain from placing any negative feedback of him else he would take the necessary steps. Beware of Shaun, he has done the same to other people, the moment you complain he blocks you on FB. His got complaints on his fb page as well as here on Hellopeter.
Home Connect, thank you for my increase in Fibre speed. They automatically upgraded my package from 20/20 to 60/60 free of charge for 2 months due to Covert 19 and lockdown. It's been a pleasure not just receiving the free two month increase in network speeds but been a client for nearly 1 year 6 months give or take and have no reason changing Fibre service providers. I hear of so many people complaining about their Fibre providers yet at Home Connect I am having none of that. We stream from 4 tv's and phones etc all at once every day with not the slightest of problems. Thank you Home Connect, you deserve credit...
KFC Randfontein an absolute joke, walked in to place an order, stood there with no one at the counter to place my order, lady mopping the floor with a headset on, alerted a lady behind the counter. She only looked at me to only carry on with what ever she was busy with. I walked out, lady mopping the floor had no care in the world. I walked across the street to Chicken Chacha and were welcomed and served with a smile. KFC Randfontein obviously do not care about customer service nor business.
I will not recommend this company to any one. Few months ago I ported my number from Cell C to me & u mobile. I received my new sim two days later via courier, and a day or so after this my Cell C card stopped working. I inserted my new sim and from there on I have had nothing but issues. I couldn't recharge, I couldn't load data, my profile on the me & u mobile website showed that I had to port my number. This went on for days at end. I run a business, I was unable to do so as my business rely solely on my phone. Because my wife did the little sim only contract on her name I was unable to resolve anything from my side. Your incompetent call center would promise to phone you back after 1 hour, never does. After many threatening calls and various consultants I was unable to use the unlimited package I applied for, for R399. This again was a mission as that only worked for 1 month and I was down to not being able to make any calls. At this point my profile still showed that my card had to be RICA'd and profile to be activated. Many calls and finally, I must note that my bank account details were reflecting on their billing system and on my profile. Loading data was an absolute struggle they could just not get this right. Many calls to Prenolin, and finally after the 3rd month it seemed as if things were going right. Come on, I am a client dealing with a service provider that cant provide a service they advertise, "no fuss, no frills" option. 13 December 2019 I receive a call from a random person enquiring about a 1GB for R50 deal, advertised at ME & U mobile. Me & U mobile used my number as a point of contact and clients were phoning me, I have a SMS as proof. I reported this, never heard anything from this ever since, not that I expected to as Me & U mobile has a reputation not to feedback anyways. Yesterday my Me & You card stopped working, I thought its just network that's off briefly but soon realised my card was suspended. I never got notified, nor informed and without warning or noticed these clowns suspended my line. I cant call, WhatsApp, sms anything. Yes another blow to my business, unable to call, any clients nothing. No after hour support so it had to wat for today, 20 December 2019. If one calls their customer care number 0861333110 it simply says "the number you called is congested" Doesn't matter what means you try to phone from. I am unable to use my primary number as its suspended. After numerous attempts via the on line chat, I was informed that due to an unsuccessful debit on 18 December 2019 my line was suspended. This was and is absolute rubbish, I had to forward a bank statement with personal information proving their blatant bull****. Further more, my bank card was debited 19 December 2019 with R722.32, as per Ashmika they tried debiting R433.00, again conflicting bull****. Never have I experienced poor service like this. One person covers for another, no where in all of this any of the untrained call center agents took the time to listen to me the client, I will not recommend this company to anyone else out looking for a new alternative. I have 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, all I can say is stay away from Me & U Mobile.
This must be the worst un-customer centric retail outlet I have ever dealt with. We have a trading account with CTM, but to use it with this store is like pulling teeth. No one ever knows how to do anything, almost like the blind leading the blind. System knowledge is shocking almost as bad as their client service. From walking into the store one already gets the hint of the above. They never receive one's order, their emails never work as they openly complain about this using it as an excuse for not being able to process one's order. Various times I come here to wait anything from 30 min to an hour. I have lost my temper at times leaving here with no tiles only to come back. When they see you it's like the first time they have met you even though I dealt with the very same person a day before. Today alone I stood here with not a single person able to make a decision on what or how to help me. Do yourselves a favor and see just how much money we as a company has spent with your organization over the years. But that in itself is irrelevant as a client should be treated equally irrespectively.
