Manhandled and humiliated at Beershack
Being manhandled at the beershack as a lady by a male bouncer was very humiliating. We brought in a bottle, not knowing it’s not allowed. They confiscated our bottle of Tanqueray, and didn’t want to give it back. We didn’t mind being thrown out of the club, but them confiscating our bottle is unlawful. There is nowhere written that should we bring in our own bottle, we will not get it back. Left without getting our full bottle of Tanqueray back.

Worst Estate Agency Ever!!
I have had an extremely terrible experience with this agent. Apart from their terrible administrative s****s, they let me move into an inhabitable flat with problems and they showed no interest into heeding to my concerns or improving my staying conditions such as the following: -****roaches in the flat - A lift that didn't work for the whole 2 months I was there (I lived on the 7th floor) -A leaking ceiling - Poor water pressure - Consistently lukewarm water coming from the hot tap - A tap that did not work at all - And a consistent drain smell in the bathroom I reported all these problems immediately when I moved in and basically nothing was done. Now after all these problems this is considered a breach of contract because I paid rent but got practically nothing in return. I had to move into a new place and now they want to charge me R1100 for ridiculous fees. I am utterly disgusted by their demeanour. After 20 days I still had to email asking them about my deposit refund which they still haven't given to me. I hope no person has to go through what I went through.
