This company is absolutely pathetic to say the least. It took them two weeks to send me a quote, then they say your car is going to take less than 7days to repair a bumber and lights. It's been a whole month now and I'm constantly getting excuses, not only do the give empty promises, but they lie about the smallest things... first they said they received all the parts and starting to work on the car, then I get an email telling me that they are still awaiting parts... If you wanna experience bad customer service, take your car there... If you don't have anything to do and got alot of time to ****, they are your go to place... they don't even deserve the one star...
I'd like to give 0 Stars but 1 is the lowest i can give. I am so ****ed off with the customer service that I'm getting at Renault in Ballito... It took a whole week to Diagnose the car, another week to service the car, another week to take the engine head out, another week to take the turbo out. I'm still waiting for my car. The fact that i have to constantly call and check up on any progress and how far my car is? I mean how hard is it to pick up the phone and just update a customer. Aside from all of that, the staff is rude and just have no aspect of people s****s whatsoever. This is the worst service i have ever encountered in my life... and it's not the entire Renault as an establishment, because i had good service when i was in Centurion... But this particular one... I'm so annoyed and just about had it with all of this...
