Vodacom knows nothing about customer service. I took an uncapped data contract with them on the 15/11/2022. Until this day I cannot use it. I called the call centre to activate, but they could not help, but instead promised to get someone to help, that did not happen. Then I approached their social media team, they could not help either, instead they referred me to a store. Went there, but I could not get help either. Now I don’t know what to do. The debit are going off for no service. I am very disappointed. They are scamming customers
I needed a sim for my internet, but rain decided to charge me for 2 and delivered 2. I have been trying to contact them but I cant get through. As it stands they double charge me every month, but i cant dispute that as they are nowhere to be found. They dont respond to emails. All you get is an automated response acknowledging receipt of email, after that nothing happens
I had a terrible experience. I booked 2 hotel rooms for myself, mom and mother in law. The hotel doesn’t have a lift and my parents battled to go to their hotel rooms as they had to use staircases. When we got into the hotel rooms they were smelling cigarette yet those were non smoker rooms. They did not have hot water and my parents had to use a cold shower. This was the worst experience of my life trying to celebrate my mom’s birthday???????????? this is definitely not a boutique hotel
