Ripped off
Rented a vehicle form the Durban Airport branch. All was well. On the return, got my deposit back, all well. 3 days later got and INVOICE for R7 toll + R25 admin fee + vat. HOW DARE THEY?? NEVER once was I told there was an Etag on the car. Never on returning the car, did they mention the R7 to pay to the toll. NEVER.. I would have gladly paid the R7 when I handed the car in.. BUT TO RIP OF A CLIENT WITH THEIIR R25+VAT ADMIN FEE, is just UTTER wrong... DISAPPOINTED

Being ripped off
Imagine my surprise I get billed for an Etoll of R7 + R25 management fee + vat .. ****** ridiculous. I complained and to date, 3 days no resolution.. I KNOW the Durban has NO Etolls like JHB.. They have TOLLS . Pay and pass. And if they did have EToll by the arport they should warn travellers.. Ridiculous and poor service.

P J Pools
They installed a NEW pool sand filter and within 9 months it developed a leak. I called them, got referred to the suppliers?? PJ Pools were NOT interested at all to come out and repair/fix the problem. I contacted the manufacturers of the pool filter and they sent a team out.. Lionel of P J POOLS IS USELESS AT GIVING SERVICE, not interested at all . Literally put the phone down on my ear.

Lousy food
Ordered chicken.. YUCK.. Overcooked and the rubbish brown basting overpowers the Lemon and Herb that was requested.. Their Foot long is 200mm. A FOOT is 300mm minimum I shall NEVER go back

F ONE Take Away Lambton
Their Foot long is 200mm NOT 300mm as it should be.. Chicken lemon and herb. Takes ****. They put some brown sauce on it which makes it really really rubbish and tasteless. Lemon and herb are no where in site .. And chicken was overcooked

GREAT Service
I want to thank 2 people in particular , Kerin Stoop and Mpho for their outstanding service rendered to me, after my supplier turned their backs when I had an issue with my Inverter . Just German
Steve and the guys are first rate. Took My van ONCE after being to 4 different places, They are honest and well priced.. Also took my SAAB car as it had some oil sweat (drips but not major leaks). Tightened all bolts and no more leaks . Thanks guys..

BAD Service
I have been blocked by Henk <info@livestainable.com> . Henk, the owner sold and installed a Booster pump and Big 3 water filters +- 7 days ago. There is a problem and NOW he is refusing to HONOUR his warranties. He now says it is too far to come out. IF it was too far, why did he install it?? I have sent him videos of the problem and still he gives excuses. I HAVE no leaks on the property, I sent him a video of my water municipality meter. He needs to sort this out, OR get someone to fix it . Either the pump is faulty or the filters are.. I open a tap for a second, and the pump runs for over half an hour, which is wrong..
