This company, trading as Bidvest Renewable Solutions, without valid reason, has not processed a refund due to us since last year (2023). Our email trail, dates back to 9th October 2023 where Kyle Johnson, the salesperson we dealt with, initiated the refund process. After all these months had passed, through many phone calls, watsapp and email messages, we were conveniently passed over to an *********** colleague of his, named Judith. She apparently works in the accounts department at their head office and we had the "privilege" to speak to her about 2-3 times after which she kept avoiding our calls. Kyle assured us on the 1st of February 2024. that this refund "should be done by tomorrow latest early next week", and yes we thought all would be well. Alas we waited and expected this to be resolved in February but still nothing, even though I went to the Durban branch requesting my refund. In March 2024, we were then asked for our bank account confirmation letter the second time around (the first time it was submitted in 2023). Once again I notified Kyle on the 15th of March that I have not received the payment as yet, and he apologises, telling me he thought head office had sorted this out. Of course, we've tried all of March 2024, to resolve this matter and have still been unsuccessful. So we are three days into April 2024, and yes, please do wish me luck on this quest... after all I don't wish this on their existing or future clients.

This company has been horrible to work with. I started a solar installation with them (the owner said it was a 2 day job), more than a month later I'm still waiting. The owner, Sakkie, is a blatant ****. He keeps lying about stock, about when he'll do certain jobs, keeps setting appointments and then not pitching. At the moment, they have installed a partial system and I've been waiting for a battery from them for more than 2 weeks. The owner doesn't care. They owe me a COC for the installation. They owe me my inverter warranty details. The owner ignores my calls, emails, messages.

Evetech use to provide quality service and goods but for some reason it has gone terrible. I use to order from Evetech regularly for my gaming PC and for my work related PC needs, on the 1st of November I ordered an NVME drive from them payed the amount of R2800 and expected to receive my package 3 days from then since i am in a Central area of Johannesburg and have received numerous orders on time by them post Covid, finally wednsday comes and I do not receive my order and wait another day and I am still yet to receive my order. I called Evetechs support and asked whats happening and one of them said they would talk to their dispatch manager and I never herd from him again. I called again on friday for someone to help me and did the same process to talk to the manager and that he would call me back in 20 minutes.. over an 1 hour has passed so i called them back thinking they forgot, but apparently he never heard back from the manager and he would update me as soon as he does... 3 hours later still nothing. I contacted ARMEX support and it turns out they put my address in for deliver but never included my suburb, how does this happen when I have ordered from you for 5 years from the same account I made with them. I had to arrange my own Delivery from a place who should have done it for me. ARMEX arranged to deliver my item on Monday, this took me 30 minutes to arrange vs their 5 hours to get back to me on the matter... I find their staff unprofessional and their Returns policy nonsense that they wont give your money back for a broken product but give it to you in store credit! and not to mention my friend who got a pre-built PC from them with Bent Pins on the CPU. Avoid them and use Wootware or some other place at least I know when I order a product I will get it on time and thats coming from a place that is based all the way in Capetown.

I bought a fully custom PC from Evetech worth R38,124 on Tuesday the 26/05/2020. I was emailed on Tuesday the 02/05/2020 stating that the motherboard I want with this build is out of stock (4 working days later even though their email after payment stated that the build take 10 to 12 days). When I checked on their website when purchasing the build everything was in stock. They gave me 3 options. 2 of those options was not a good enough board and 1 was to expensive (an extra R4200). I explained to them that I cannot spend so much money more on this build can they not give me a better board than the 2 options first given or I will compromise few accessories in the build and pay the difference. I haven't got a response yet. I then got worried about the stock availability and decided to apologize for going around the bush even though I never recieve a response yet and paid extra for the R4200 motherboard because I was afraid of stock issue. I also told them if there is any other part they don't have for this pc build I want a full refund which would be R38124 + R4200 + shipping insurance. I haven't got a response yet. I understand they are swamped. At least send a courtesy email to make me aware of everything. I honestly don't know what to do. I just want to be notified of what's going on.

I want to thank 2 people in particular , Kerin Stoop and Mpho for their outstanding service rendered to me, after my supplier turned their backs when I had an issue with my Inverter . The company obviously is also commended for their Product. Thank you one and all Kstoop@voltex.co.za Regards Domingos Pinto
