This company has been harassing me for more almost 4 months. They call me at least 3 times a week. They keep phoning me, asking me to a certain individual that I have repeatedly told them I do not know and have no connection to. I have advised them several times that they have the wrong number and to stop contacting me, yet they continue to call me several times a week, asking for the same person that I do not know.
This company has been horrible to work with. I started a solar installation with them (the owner said it was a 2 day job), more than a month later I'm still waiting. The owner, Sakkie, is a blatant ****. He keeps lying about stock, about when he'll do certain jobs, keeps setting appointments and then not pitching. At the moment, they have installed a partial system and I've been waiting for a battery from them for more than 2 weeks. The owner doesn't care. They owe me a COC for the installation. They owe me my inverter warranty details. The owner ignores my calls, emails, messages.
I bought a Triumph motorcycle from them in 2018 and then only after the purchase concluded they told me they don't have a spare key, they will order one. I've called them over 10 times since and they always have excuses - it's 4 YEARS LATER. Their after sales service is rubbish!
I got a home loan from FNB earlier in the year. They insisted I take a Mortgage Protection Plan which will cover my home loan in case of disaster. I've taken this and I'm being billed monthly. My statement however, includes this MPP as a separate line item AND there's also a Life Assurance line item which forms part of my loan payment breakdown. I know nothing about this Life Assurance and have never signed for this. I've called FNB Home Loans multiple times, they agree that's it's weird that I'm being charged both MPP and Life Assurance - they keep putting me through to the FNB Life team. The FNB Life team can only see my MPP and claim they know nothing about my Life Assurance and send me back to Home Loans. No Department is able to assist me, they keep sending me all over. I'm being double charged for insurance and nobody can help me
