Thank you so much for nothing
They don't service what they said they will. When you phone, there's no answer and when you go there for service, they are permanently closed without updating their web page. I've been a client there for 4 yrs. Don't do it

Terrible after sales service
I bought a Triumph motorcycle from them in 2018 and then only after the purchase concluded they told me they don't have a spare key, they will order one. I've called them over 10 times since and they always have excuses - it's 4 YEARS LATER. Their after sales service is rubbish!

Shady deal
They sold me a bike, never did the roadworthy. One year later im trying to renew the disc, nope need to pay penalties and have roadworthy done. Contacted the dealer who spun every excuse he can, with zero attempt at getting to the bottom of it. Avoid this place

Twrrible service
Terrible and expensive service, no breakpads even after ordering, always on cell phone, barely looks up, installed worse headlight than broken one, lost ***** to headlight cover. A Sym agent? Pathetic. Avoid at all costs.
