Terrible after sales service

I bought a Triumph motorcycle from them in 2018 and then only after the purchase concluded they told me they don't have a spare key, they will order one. I've called them over 10 times since and they always have excuses - it's 4 YEARS LATER.

Their after sales service is rubbish!
