Goitsemang Matsepe called me this morning to offer me an option not to have to pay an excess on a valid claim. He was efficient, explaining everything in detail. He came across as professional with a sense of humour. In the end I decided to take the offer, even if it meant a "slight" increase in my premium.
I decided to buy a car on Monday. There were several options available at Weelee. I went to the Midstream branch on Thursday and by Friday the car was mine. Very efficient, very friendly, very professional. I'm super impressed.
Very quick to respond to an online query, explained everything in detail, answered my questions. Dewald Sequeira was very friendly and helpful.
I wrote a previous review about not being refunded after the service did not work. I received a reply that someone would be contacting me. Nobody did. I have sent email after email and I get no response from this company. I was promised a refund within 7-10 days. That didn't happen. Now they have ceased any communication with me, in effect stealing my money from me. Dishonest, to say the least. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Do not use this ISP.
Sbu Koyana just sorted out a glitch on their side very quickly. When entering the Spotify embed code I kept getting an error message. He got a developer to fix it. Also helped sort out the info on my profile. This is the kind of service that makes me smile!
I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with rain. Before signing up I checks and indeed there was 4G coverage in my area. I got the sim card through Takealot and did the whole Rica thing. Alas, no network reception where I stay. I call and a friendly guy tris to help me, but no success. I get frustrated beyond word! I call again, but it doesn't change the fact that I cannot get signal. I send an email and even after following all the instructions received, STILL NO SIGNAL. I cancel the service, most disappointed. I am told a refund will take 7 - 10 days. en days later, still no refund. I email and get told my issue will be escalated. It is now 18 days later and STILL NO REFUND and my emails in this regard are not answered. Truly world-class pathetic as only possible in South Africa. Stay away from rain, it's just a drought!
Terrible and expensive service, no breakpads even after ordering, always on cell phone, barely looks up, installed worse headlight than broken one, lost ***** to headlight cover. A Sym agent? Pathetic. Avoid at all costs.
<p>I am more than disappointed in SkyFi. They regularly have frequency issues and when the tower goes down for whatever reason, it takes up to 3 weeks to sort out speed issues. There is no sense of urgency and the CEO has a terrible attitude, refusing to acknowledge that the fault lies on their side, blaming the client. When we ask for a discount as our speeds for the month were not close to what we pay for, we get brushed off. Have to pay hundreds every month for 3G so as to have backup. AVOID SKYFI.</p>
