I made a purchase on the 7th August 2021 and it was a pretty nice monitor. I love Samsung products. Anyways, on purchase it was noted that it will take 7 to 8 working days from purchase date to deliver. Cool, i was excited so i kept checking the website order status and it kept saying processing. I kept speaking to live support on the website and was being told it is in the warehouse and is waiting for pickup to deliver. Now i was over the moon. Anyways, on the 8th day i saw the website which said processing and i got worried and google made me more worried as people complained of not receiving their order in time. So i emailed and they said the reason why its taking so long is because there is no stock and they will cancel the order and refund me. Now I'm so disheartened because i was told its in the warehouse waiting to be picked up and they going to put a note to the pickup for delivery soon. On top of all that i get told it takes 2 to 3 days after the refund is done to reflect in my account which i haven't been told if the refund has been done as i need to buy a monitor asap from somewhere else as i don't have a monitor and need one to work and also game as I'm excited for a pc i built plus i work remotely at nights and my old monitor isn't working. I so happened to find one on special and limited stock. I just want someone to let me know if I've been credited already and which day so i know which day i can buy a monitor. I'm not even worried about the lies said as i just want to buy a monitor somewhere else.
I currently made an order through evetech (Centurian). They sent it through aramex and the package was picked up on saturday. I used the tracking number to track the order and it stated i would recieve the order monday. Nothing came. So i called them tuesday and the PMB office and they said i need to call the durban branch for deliveries to Wartburg. I cant get through to them. The phone just rings and i ended up cutting the call after 20 minutes. I then called the pmb branch back and spoke to a new lady and she said its currently with BSC couriers i must call them. So i called and they said they have no package with that tracking number. I called back and the lady said to caall the durban office. It is now wednessday and i have no update of my package on their website and they cannot assist me. What do i do now.
I bought a fully custom PC from Evetech worth R38,124 on Tuesday the 26/05/2020. I was emailed on Tuesday the 02/05/2020 stating that the motherboard I want with this build is out of stock (4 working days later even though their email after payment stated that the build take 10 to 12 days). When I checked on their website when purchasing the build everything was in stock. They gave me 3 options. 2 of those options was not a good enough board and 1 was to expensive (an extra R4200). I explained to them that I cannot spend so much money more on this build can they not give me a better board than the 2 options first given or I will compromise few accessories in the build and pay the difference. I haven't got a response yet. I then got worried about the stock availability and decided to apologize for going around the bush even though I never recieve a response yet and paid extra for the R4200 motherboard because I was afraid of stock issue. I also told them if there is any other part they don't have for this pc build I want a full refund which would be R38124 + R4200 + shipping insurance. I haven't got a response yet. I understand they are swamped. At least send a courtesy email to make me aware of everything. I honestly don't know what to do. I just want to be notified of what's going on.
