Wow customer service!
I’m blown away by the customer service levels of the staff - the receptionist who answered my call at Newlands and Temogo at Waterfront. Wow! I’m impressed. Happy 2026

Disgraceful Denis effecting Bonitas medical aid
Denis is a disgrace. Bonitas unfortunately has linked themselves to Denis who has the gall to pay R142.80 for a dental examination!!! A qualified professional dentist who would charge that would certainly not be worth his salt.

Shockingly bad service
On Corner North Rd and Edward Rubenstein Drive is an Openserv box that is emitting an intolerable noise for 3 days. Still no attention or assistance from Openserv. Abominably bad service!

Shocked at Woolies
Went to Blubird Athol Jhb yesterday. Paid for purchase on card. Asked for change at the same till & was told I need to pay R1 to open the till. I was shocked.
