I left my expensive thermo water bottle in the change room of the Sandton City shop & when I phoned them, never expecting a positive answer, I was impressed to hear that they had it & I could come & fetch it, which I did. Thank you Truworths staff0 replies

CANNOT GET HELP WITH AN ACCOUNT
My helper who is not computer literate CANNOT GET HELP. She has tried to query her account soooo many times. It’s impossible. I tried to help her on their WhatsApp line but after their instruction to phone them, no response!!! Very very bad.0 replies

Disgraceful Denis effecting Bonitas medical aid
Denis is a disgrace. Bonitas unfortunately has linked themselves to Denis who has the gall to pay R142.80 for a dental examination!!! A qualified professional dentist who would charge that would certainly not be worth his salt.2 replies
