Shame on Ford Company.
This place is the worst Ford Agent at all times. And let me say ford SA not far behind them. It all started last year October2023. I had a problem with my 2.0bitdi Ranger Raptor, having "overheating problems" After that they worked on my other Raptor and didn't replace the clips that holds down the protection rubber at the oil filter. on confronting them about it they claim wear and tear. now the same Raptors rear brake disk covers are broken, and they refuse to look at the vehicle stating that the owner Clifford Mcgee said they must not do anything to my vehicle. Neither he or the Dealer Principal has the ***** to teel that to my face and hide behind women to do their dirty jobs,

Badest service I have ever encountered
Good morning to all It’s been another two weeks without any feedback or nothing from Santam. At this moment in time I would like to inform Santam that I will be visiting their offices with all the documentation regards this issue on the 19th of November 2019. On this occasion I would like to speak to the H.O.D. in this regard. I am extremely unhappy with the way this case is handled. I HEREBY GIVE SANTAM 14DAYS NOTICE TO SORT MY VEHICLE OR YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS OF THE VEHICLE. My complain is as follows: 1. None of the safety features are working in the vehicle. 2. The driver side amber lights are not working. 3. The front bumper is misaligned. 4. The frill of the vehicle has not been replaced, damaged in the accident. 5. The wiper blades are not fitted correctly. 6. There other censors on the vehicle that is also malfunctioning.
