My Pioneer car radio's Bluetooth stopped working. Suzuki workshop removed the radio to establish the fault. After 3 weeks it was returned while the were struggling to switch it on (which worked perfectly when I brought it in). They could not fix the Bluetooth. The radio was reinstalled , but couldn't fit properly and there were gaps between the radio and the front cover. They misplaced the brackets and plates when they removed the radio. They are incompetent and have a no-care attitude, yet there is no space left open for more awards ?? This is not the first time I had to deal with such irresponsible bunch at Centurion Suzuki.

While searching for a new vehicle for my wife and I came across Select Auto in goodwood... offering a Black BMW 320i EXCELLENT condition. I went to test drive it ... but there were NUMEROUS faults. https://www.cars.co.za/for-sale/used/2010-BMW-3-Series-E90-Western-Cape-Goodwood/7269736/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIvc2st-T98AIVVRnTCh0MyQG6EAEYASABEgLOIvD_BwE 3rd gear shudders - as if misfiring. There is a metal on metal s****ing sound while driving at 30kph. Service light is on - but no book says serviced 3000km ago??? NOTE: They told me "We've just received the car, didn't know about these problems, so will fix them ASAP" I since found another car, and courteously asked them to update their ads with the problems they found, or correct them. Lo-and-behold... two weeks later, I called to follow up - posing as a customer - and nothing has changed, car is in Excellent condition... and I quote "we've done nothing to the car since we got it" (As I obviously asked if they fixed or did anything to the car). DON'T TOUCH SELECT AUTO ... YOU WILL HAVE NIGHTMARES WITH OMBUDSMAN AND CONSUMER PROTECTION WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE ... And all they have to say to cover their backsides is "I didn't know" ... BUT THEY DO KNOW. They will lie to you, don't trust them.

Well to start off,they are very professional and their assistance whenever i had a problem was solved or sorted by their great staff,i would recommend them without any hesitation ,i am so impressed and thankful to them,they came to my rescue in a time i needed someone urgently and i am one Happy customer...

This past weekend I went to the above dealership to see a vehicle. While there, the sales people were fantastic and I assumed this was because they just wanted to make a sale and thought nothing of it. They got back to me in the week and even though I informed them that I would not be purchasing a vehicle from them they still assisted me in the sale of the vehicle that I currently own. It is tough to find honest and decent people and Donovan and Deon and again restored my faith in good people being around to help. Good attitude and friendly demeanour made the day pleasurable and my wife and I left feeling good and didn't have the experience of feeling constantly pressured into something I would regret one day.<br> <br> Thank you Deon and Donovan for being great.<br>
