This place is the worst Ford Agent at all times. And let me say ford SA not far behind them. It all started last year October2023. I had a problem with my 2.0bitdi Ranger Raptor, having "overheating problems" After that they worked on my other Raptor and didn't replace the clips that holds down the protection rubber at the oil filter. on confronting them about it they claim wear and tear. now the same Raptors rear brake disk covers are broken, and they refuse to look at the vehicle stating that the owner Clifford Mcgee said they must not do anything to my vehicle. Neither he or the Dealer Principal has the ***** to teel that to my face and hide behind women to do their dirty jobs,

So i recently serviced my card at Ford Modimolle without a hassle and on my way to Mpumalanga, the engine light was on and i called the Manager at Ford Modimolle which he advised nicely for me to go to the nearest ford and ask for help in terms of diagnostics which i did but i experienced the worst service one could get from the reception lady at MC Gee Ford in Burgersfort. From the onset , she ran refused to attend to our matter sayin i should come on wednesday to book and its not her problem without even understanding the request. She played manager/reception even when she could see her wrong, she could not even wait to speak to the Manager from the other dealer and only after she hear me talkin on the phone with the manager, she wanted to listen and made as if she does me a huge favour to diagnose a Ford car at a Ford dealership. She is the worst reception staff i have ever come across, very rude and foolish at the same time. Behind her desk is a biiig quote on service by 'Henry Ford' which she is not even close to living the code/value. Never will i waist my time to be in that miserable place. M done.

I purchased an off-road motorcycle through this company a few years ago. I did my financing through Standard Bank. I was told that I will not have to do yearly licencing on the vehicle. Today I went to do a change of ownership and was I informed that I have to pay outstanding fees for the licencing not being taken out yearly on the motor vehicle. I am severely disappointing as this is a big amount that I had to pay and that all because I was not given any documentation by the company to enable myself to ensure to the renewing of the licencing of the vehicle. I would like to know who is responsible for this as I have not refused to pay any fees and now, this at a time which I can least afford to spend that amount of money.

Bought a vehicle on a Friday. Ignition was faulty the next day( Saturday). Sunday the car had no power. Returned car the Sunday. Owner Tony says we broke the car and refused to cancel the contract. To top it off this arrogant man puts the phone down in the customers ear after telling her that he does not care about the consumer protection act. News flash Tony: whether you care or not it is and always will be applicable to you whether you like it or not. Maybe you should read your own contracts that states the buyer has a cooling off period of 7 days. If you cannot count its Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lets through in Monday for good measure. Thats three(3) days excluding the Friday. Dont sell faulty goods and expect consumers to say nothing. Guys i called the bank who financed the car and the dealer relations person made contact with the dealer and the contract is now cancelled. So there is a way out but rather dont buy anything from this dealer.

I bought a car in September from McGee's Auto. On the second day I had the car an engine warning light came on the dashboard, I took the car back to them and they promised to fix the car, they gave it back to me and sais it was fixed. The light came back on and after several attempts of me taking the car to them to fix it, I demanded a refund and left the car with them. They still have the car and they are not willing to fix or refund my money. The owner Tony McGeer told me to go f*** off his premises and sais he won't refund me.

I bght a car a mnth ago from this dealership McGees Auto. I took the car for a test drive and noticed that the car was jerking (later on found out the engine mntings was loose) the sales man said this is normal for a diesel car , there was a snd the turbo was making (later on discovered theres a hole in one of the pipes) the sales man tole me this is normal and theres nothing wrong. When I started the car , it gave a huge jerk and sometimes I had to swing a few times before the car actually started , needles to say the sales man Renier said thats normal for diesel cars. We had an arrangement that I would trade in my old car and give a cash difference and the OTP was sent to me. On the day , they said my old car has too many problems and wanted another R5k, i then settled for R3k - immediately this was dodgy , but I took the car. They said I had to do my own roadworthy , which I did , and the car failed the road worthy test. I then went back to them and they said they not going to help me. The mounting then came completely loose,I took the car back twice before they fixed it , today its broken again. Strday past I went there as i wanted my money back. Tony, the owner, told me f off
