I bght a car a mnth ago from this dealership McGees Auto. I took the car for a test drive and noticed that the car was jerking (later on found out the engine mntings was loose) the sales man said this is normal for a diesel car , there was a snd the turbo was making (later on discovered theres a hole in one of the pipes) the sales man tole me this is normal and theres nothing wrong. When I started the car , it gave a huge jerk and sometimes I had to swing a few times before the car actually started , needles to say the sales man Renier said thats normal for diesel cars. We had an arrangement that I would trade in my old car and give a cash difference and the OTP was sent to me. On the day , they said my old car has too many problems and wanted another R5k, i then settled for R3k - immediately this was dodgy , but I took the car. They said I had to do my own roadworthy , which I did , and the car failed the road worthy test. I then went back to them and they said they not going to help me. The mounting then came completely loose,I took the car back twice before they fixed it , today its broken again. Strday past I went there as i wanted my money back. Tony, the owner, told me f off
I was ill and could not attend class. I advised my HOD of the matter and advised that I havent and will not be attending class due to my illness. <br> I have since requested a refund as I have paid for the full year. My request was at the beginning of this year and I have since completed all the relevant paper work and submitted all my supporting docs. My HOD has even written a letter to motivate that I get my full refund. <br> This is now month 7 and I have still not received my refund. In last month they advised that my matter would be discussed at their SENAX meeting on 24 August 2015 . Prior to the meeting I asked on numerous occasions if all my docs was in order , however noone responded to my emails. After the SENAX meeting , I was told that my request was not approved as I submitted the wrong medical certificate only stating a certain period I was sick. This would not have happened if someone had told me or responded to my email when I asked if my docs were in order. I have since provided the correct medical certificate which means I should get my refund. Ive been sending the requests daily and they just ignoring me. This is discrimination and I should be entitled to my refund.
So 3 weeks ago I placed the email thread regarding my complaint for CPUT. I then posted on Hello Peter and got a response from Fazloen Zouity who apologized fot their poor service and advised that she will be handling my complaint \personally". To date she has not contacted me "
Below is my email trend , the first time i complained to the faculy head Dr Binza , he responded , to date the SENAXE has not happened and noone has called.
